The Philippine Calamansi or otherwise known as Calamondi is recognized as one of the exotic fruit and gives healthy benefits specially Vitamin C. A lawyer by profession and a Farmer by heart Atty Jesse Suarez together with his wife Junelle a retired loans Office of a bank decided to put a farm. Initially they wanted to raise and distribute quail eggs in the town where they reside Bacolod City. However due to the less demand, they shifted to planting Calamondi (calamansi) trees. Today with 7000 trees (this was literally counted by the Department of Agriculture), one of their two children Jesselle decided to pursue culinary course. She shared how much impact her mom had on her. As a single mother of 4 children, Salve's mom taught as a teacher.
