not impressive compared to other podcasts. insurance coverage is spotty because surgeons are mixing cosmetic, rejuvenating & gender confirming surgery & saying its all gender confirming while using patient cosmetic surgery satisfaction surveys for justification. surgery whose goal is a specific reaction from a 3rd party is variably cosmetic.
