Today we turn the tables at The Coaching Inn as Claire becomes the guest and Becki Barrett, Cristina Matei and Anna Hewitt ask the questions. We explore the transformation, challenge and being real in coaching. And how personal experiences, both positive and difficult, shape our coaching style and effectiveness. The conversation highlights the importance of making our work our own and the value of vulnerability and imperfection in building genuine connections with the people we work with.
