I have such a passion for listening to people's stories and I wanted to give people a platform to share theirs! This podcast will be a mixture of inspiration, motivation, advice and storytelling. In 30 minutes, listeners will (hopefully) leave with a little bit more perspective and appreciation for the people around them! Hey guys! long time no chat :( So happy to be back and sharing my tips for how to deal with burnout!! And my winter break routine since I will have nothing to do these next couple of weeks, I might as well feel productive in some sense!
I'm back baby!!! Long time no talk guys but I'm so happy to be back! In this episode I just chat about my life updates, PA school and some books/podcasts/tv shows that I recommend! Just a casual episode but I hope you enjoy it!

I interview one of my good friend's Kaleigh as she explains her beautifully large family. She goes into detail about fostering, and squashes any misconceptions about it. Kaleigh also goes on to say how grateful she is to have her siblings, and hopes to be able to foster children in the future if she has the means! This is an inspiring episode that provides people with a lot of perspective, especially for those who are not familiar with fostering! Enjoy!
In this week's episode I talk about my ACL surgery and how I was able to move on from the injury and re-appreciate my bodies abilities to move! I go on about how in hindsight I was grateful for the situation, and the great things that came out of it and the amazing support I had! I talk about how everyone should re-evaluate what "moves them" and how to find passion in some sort of exercise! Choosing something that challenges you, prevents injury and isn't "too comfortable"! Today's episode is all about trusting yourself and trusting the process, especially when your life takes a different path! Ally speaks about her experiences and gives advice to listeners, to not "beat yourself up" and tips on how to figure out what your true passions are. This can be applied in an academic sense, but also in the "real life world" as well!
