You don’t win trophies at the finish line… you win them in the reps nobody sees. This short, powerful episode reminds you that your dream life isn’t built in big, flashy moves. What if the very thing draining your energy isn’t your to-do list… but your tolerance list?In this eye-opening episode, George flips the script on the usual productivity talk and gets real about the silent chaos we allow in our lives. From draining clients to leaky boundaries, what you tolerate becomes what you teach. And today, you’ll discover how to reclaim your power, not by doing more, but by tolerating less. This powerful rerun from the Reset in 20 series isn’t about adding new strategies, it’s about subtracting the ones that are misaligned. What You’ll Learn in This Episode:Why misalignment doesn’t come from what you do, but what you allowHow tolerating small misfires leads to big resentmentThe ripple effect of values (or lack of them) across your team and businessA single journaling question that will reveal what needs to change now Key Takeaways:✔️You’re not what you do, you’re what you tolerate. That applies to your team, your offers, your habits, and yourself.✔️Resentment is often self-created. We don’t get drained by others, we get drained by saying yes when we mean no.✔️The clearest standards are the ones we model. Your team and your clients won’t rise above the example you set.✔️One powerful question to sit with: “What are you resentfully tolerating instead of actively celebrating?”✔️Three values, standards, or principles can realign your entire environment. Timestamps & Highlights:[00:00] — Intro to Episode 4 + overview of Reset in 20[01:45] — “You’re not what you do, you’re what you tolerate” explained[03:25] — Real-life application with George and Ashley’s team[06:50] — Story from EOS Implementer Dave Feidner on toxic team transformation[10:40] — How personal tolerations mirror in business and family[13:00] — Impact of misalignment and missed standards on company culture[15:10] — Values aren’t slogans, they’re behavioral bumpers[16:40] — Reflection question to reset your standard this week[18:20] — Wrap-up + personal reflection momentYour Challenge This Week:Commit to finishing all 7 episodes of the Reset in 20 series and invite one friend to do it with you. Have you ever caught yourself saying, “I know I’m meant for more” and yet, you’re stuck in the loop of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or playing small? In this episode, George rips the Band-Aid off one of the biggest lies entrepreneurs tell themselves: that our beliefs are facts. They’re not. And if we don’t rewrite them, they’ll keep running the show. If you want to change your results, your business, your impact… It starts with one belief. And this episode gives you the blueprint to make that shift in less than 30 minutes.George guides you through a practical 4-part process to expose the limiting thoughts holding you back, embody a new empowering belief, and integrate it into your daily habits. This isn’t about vision boards or empty affirmations, it’s about real transformation through emotional intensity, consistent reps, and embodied practice. What You’ll Learn in This Episode:Why most of your beliefs would never hold up in a court of law (and why that’s liberating)The exact 4-step framework: Think it → Feel it → Act it → Become itHow to identify a disempowering belief and calculate what it’s really costing youWhy emotional intensity is the “missing ingredient” in affirmationsThe daily actions and rituals that lock in your identity shift Key Takeaways:✔️Beliefs aren’t facts. They’re just repeated thoughts with emotional charge. You can choose new ones.✔️Emotional intensity + repetition = transformation. Affirmations without feeling are just empty words.✔️Identify your current disempowering belief and ask: Is it true? What is it costing me?✔️Replace it with an empowering belief that aligns with the future you want, then act on it today.✔️Environment shapes identity. Met George at an event a few weeks back and it was an instant resonance. He is personable and willing to connect. He truly performs what he preaches and is genuinely "unapologetically authentic" I absolutely love the podcast and all the messages, viewpoints, and rawness that is delivered for entrepreneurs and those aspiring to pursue their passions. He keeps you accountable and sets his standards very clearly for what he expect. It's refreshingly genuine. Thank you !

George Bryant wears his head and his heart on his sleeves. He drops wisdom at every turn, and has no filter to keep the best gold to himself. You will be a better entrepreneur, and feel the love of community. He will underestimate the times of the episodes, so think 3 course meal, when he says continental breakfast.

I am really enjoying this podcast. I love that the focus is on creating relationships with people and not just hustling harder to make more money. The tips and tricks from George I have taken away so far are so simple but also so intentional. George's insight makes me feel like this business venture I have leaped into is really possible and I'm going to end up with the best network of relationships of my life.

George is just an amazing human being. I don't normally listen to podcasts but when I have time, this one is my favorite. I believe in his approach, and vision. I also appreciate his authenticity, and caring for others. We certainly need more 'marketers' like George in our world. Truth is, that from the very first moment I saw him, I knew he is going to be my mentor, that's why I am also days away from joining his 6 months Mastermind. Can't wait for that man! You're so incredible!

I watched a replay of George one day in one of my groups I am in, I have never resonated with someone so much in my life :) I have a feeling of being blessed to have crossed paths with this man. I now have found my true path in life with a feeling of well being and happiness on another level, I have never meet someone that cares so much about others and goes all in with everything he does to ensure he brings out the greatness within. Love this man for opening my eyes and making me see the potentate I have to helping others around me.

I am not usually a podcast sort of person. I didn't go in search of George's podcast. It sort of fell in my lap. I was on a business call and he happened to be the headliner on that call. It was legit a life-changing call. I had to see if that call was a fluke 🤷 Nope! He is the real deal. The authenticity in his voice when he speaks. You can actually feel his words in your soul. Don't take my word for it, listen for yourself and form your own opinion. Trust me, You'll never leave!

George is on another level than probably anyone. He truly cares and he provides so much value, you have to follow him to understand this. There so much I could write about him and his team. He is so good, it makes you forget about the rest of the marketer, gurus etc out there and I would not even categorize him in that field. He is much more than that. you owe to yourself to listen and find out where he is to help not just with business, but your whole life as in being better and really showing up and committing. Thank you GB for everything.
