A guided meditation for children about feelings. Allowing them to choose a feeling, and to realise that they can be in control of their emotions.

In this guided meditation I visit a walled garden. I climb a tree and meet a magic bird. I make a wish to go on adventure and suddenly I shrink so that I can fly on the back of a butterfly. This episode teaches children that they can use their imagination any time they need to get away and relax.
In this episode I use the Loving Kindness meditation to give children a positive mantra to repeat. They can use it to focus on by saying it to themselves softly or silently so that they can relax. It's a simple mantra that is easy to learn and remember.
I go on an adventure in search of treasure. I have to overcome obstacles to find the treasure. I use my calming breath to help me to overcome feelings of anxiety. I follow the map to the treasure and eventually find it...
