RJ Himani Monalisa Dutta

Everyone talks about forgiveness. We all hear big things on the subject. It is indeed a noble thing to do. However, is it always easy to forgive, forget and move on? On the occasion of Global Forgiveness Day, on 7th July, I invited on my platform, Ms. Jyoti Sachdeva, a self love coach, to talk to her on this issue. It was a heart to heart conversation where we both shared our views and the conclusion drawn was to be authentic and love yourself over anything and anyone. Forgive yourself first.

She is the one who created the jingle for my show. She is not only extremely talented but also the most lovable person. Listen to how she overcame her challenges.
