In this powerful episode, I sit down with the host of Light Up Your Life Podcast, speaker, and entrepreneur Samantha Peters for a deeply honest conversation about resilience, mindset, manifesting and the power of choosing a different future.
(watch this episode on YouTube)
Samantha shares the story of growing up in a trauma-filled household marked by addiction, illness, financial hardship, and instability. Living in constant fear and walking on eggshells, she learned early on to suppress her own needs while trying to earn love and validation through achievement. For years, she believed the circumstances she was born into defined what her life would become.
But somewhere beneath the chaos, Samantha held onto a quiet belief that there had to be more for her.
In this conversation, she opens up about the moment she decided to break the generational patterns she inherited and take ownership of her future. Through personal development, mentorship, and a relentless commitment to growth, she began rewriting the narrative of her life.
We talk about the real work of shifting your mindset, the discipline of writing down your goals and holding a vision for something greater, and how powerful it is when you stop accepting the limitations of your past.
Today Samantha is an author, podcast host, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping others overcome their own stories and create lives filled with purpose, happiness, and freedom.
This episode is about resilience, possibility, and what can happen when you decide that your past does not get to determine your future.

In this episode of The Sarah Centrella Show, I sit down with Alli Arruda, Founder of BENCHMARK Fitness Burlington, host of Inspire & Move Podcast, and visibility + personal brand coach for early-stage entrepreneurs who are ready to become seen, known, and paid. (watch this ep on Youtube)
Alli’s journey is anything but linear. From wardrobe stylist to PR, events and sponsorship, to certified personal trainer and gym owner, she has reinvented herself more than once. After the devastating loss of her brother just weeks before moving to Toronto, fitness became her therapy, her anchor, and ultimately the foundation for the business she would build alongside her husband. What started as healing evolved into BENCHMARK Fitness Burlington, a thriving community rooted in strength, discipline, and mindset.
We talk about what visibility really means for entrepreneurs and why hiding is often the very thing keeping talented women from the impact and income they desire. Alli shares how building a personal brand isn’t about ego, it’s about leadership, clarity, and creating a network that supports your vision. Check out her visibility accelerator.
We also dive into manifestation, the role mindset has played in her success, and the resilience required to launch and grow a business through setback after setback. Alli opens up about navigating challenges, staying anchored in belief, and choosing to keep going even when things didn’t unfold the way she planned.
This conversation is about more than business. It’s about identity, courage, reinvention, and the decision to design a life that feels aligned and full of joy.
If you are building something, dreaming bigger, or standing at the edge of your next chapter, this episode will remind you that visibility is not optional, mindset is everything, and resilience is built one decision at a time.

In this raw and unfiltered conversation, I sit down with Elise Kelly, Minneapolis mom, intuitive storyteller, and co-host of the Trust Yourself! podcast with her sister Heidi Hansen — a platform grounded in intuition, self-worth, and real talk.
Elise recently posted a viral reel detailing the daily lived reality in her city after heightened federal enforcement actions, and the impact it’s having on residents — especially families trying to feel safe and human in their own community. In this episode, we peel back the headlines and talk about what life actually feels like for moms on the ground: the fear, the grief, the resilience, and the yearning to protect children while holding space for humanity.
This conversation isn’t about politics — it’s about parenthood, community, collective stress, comming together as American's and what it means to show up for one another in times that feel inhumane. As two mothers determined to make a difference, we explore what it takes to stay grounded, connected, and hopeful in the midst of crisis — and why bringing the lens of motherhood into this conversation matters.
Tune in for a real, heartfelt dialogue between women who are living this moment, feeling it deeply, and determined to help others navigate their own fear, uncertainty, and compassion.

Today’s episode is deeply personal. I ask that you listen with an open mind and heart to the end. You can watch it here on YouTube
I’m sharing how I’m processing the recent killings in Minnesota, the grief, anger, fear, and confusion they’ve stirred, and the questions I’ve been sitting with since. This is not a political takedown, and it’s not about choosing sides. It’s an honest reflection on what it feels like to witness violence, loss of life, and the growing sense that something is deeply broken.
In this episode, I ask hard questions, the kind that don’t fit neatly into party lines. I speak to both sides of the aisle, not from ideology, but from humanity. From the shared belief that no matter our politics, tyranny, violence, and violations of basic human rights should never be normalized.
This is me thinking out loud, searching for a more grounded, open-minded way forward, one rooted in compassion, discernment, and unity rather than fear and division.
If you’ve been struggling to make sense of what’s happening, feeling torn between outrage and exhaustion, or wondering how we move forward without losing our humanity, this conversation is for you.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, stay curious, listen more deeply, and remember that our common enemy is not each other.

In this solo episode, I’m sharing the four New Year vision-setting homework assignments I have every one of my private clients complete during this final week of the year, a process I’ve been teaching and refining for over a decade.
This episode is designed to help you intentionally close the chapter on the year you’re leaving, release what no longer serves you, and create clarity around what you’re calling in for 2026. Not through wishful thinking, but through grounded, practical mindset and vision work that creates real momentum.
I walk you step-by-step through how to write your Life Plan Story, one of the most powerful vision-setting and manifesting tools I teach. This exercise helps you move beyond goals and into identity, alignment, and direction, so you’re not just chasing outcomes, you’re becoming the version of yourself who naturally creates them.
I also break down how to create your #FutureBoard using my trademarked method, the same process I’ve taught thousands of clients to help them clarify their vision, strengthen belief, and stay emotionally connected to what they’re building.
If you want to enter 2026 feeling clear, grounded, focused, and aligned with what actually matters to you, this episode will give you the structure, prompts, and mindset tools to do exactly that.
Grab a notebook, give yourself some quiet space, and let’s do the work that sets the foundation for everything that comes next.

In this episode, I sit down with Anniston Riekstins, bestselling author of The Universe Is Hiring, master numerologist, and host of The Anniston Riekstins Show, for a powerful conversation about the energetic undercurrent of 2025 and what it’s meant for so many of us on a personal and collective level. (watch this ep on Youtube)
Anniston breaks down 2025 from a numerology perspective and explains the collective energy that shaped this year, including why so many people experienced emotional endings, heaviness, and a sense of closure around long chapters of their lives. I share my own experience of how this “year of the snake” mirrored a deeply emotional unraveling and completion of several major areas in my life, and if you felt that darker, more introspective energy too, Anniston explains exactly why.
The good news? 2026 is the year of the horse, and everything shifts. Anniston walks us through what this new energy brings, why momentum, expansion, and forward movement return, and how to prepare yourself to align with what’s coming next.
This conversation offers clarity, validation, and hope, especially if 2025 felt intense, emotional, or transformative for you.
Anniston Riekstins is the founder of The Magnetic Woman, a best-selling author, master numerologist, and transformational guide who helps women come home to themselves.
After two decades in corporate leadership and a personal journey through burnout and self-reclamation, Anniston now blends sacred energetics with grounded strategy—showing women how to release old patterns, trust their intuition, and live in divine alignment.
Her work awakens the feminine within—so you can stop performing, start receiving, and create a life rooted in peace, purpose, and unapologetic power.
Because becoming magnetic isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you really are.

Episode 100 is a big one for me. Hitting this milestone feels surreal, especially because this episode is all about the trip that changed me in ways I didn’t even expect. After the most heartbreaking season of my life, I spent two months traveling solo through Europe and Morocco—celebrating my 50th birthday, grieving, healing, and reconnecting with myself.
Travel became my teacher. Every single day handed me a new lesson I didn’t even know I needed. In this episode, I’m sharing those lessons—the real ones, the messy ones, the ones that cracked me open and helped put me back together.
I talk about what happens when you stop doing the most and give yourself permission to do less. How trusting your gut gets easier when you stop letting the noise make your decisions. Why surrendering isn’t giving up—it’s opening the door for the universe to show you something better. And how storms, literal and emotional, always pass if you’re patient enough to wait them out.
I share the moments that pushed me out of my comfort zone, the strangers who reminded me to be more social and open, the places that taught me to be curious again, and why saying yes changed everything. I even share the story of how facing one of my biggest fears turned into one of the highlights of my life.
If you’re in a season where you feel stuck, lost, or ready for something new—but not sure how to move forward—this episode is for you. These lessons aren’t just about travel. They’re about life, resilience, faith, inner knowing, and what’s possible when you don’t give up too early.
Come take this journey with me.

This week I’m joined by my friend, Dr. Komal Patil-Sisodia, MD—a triple board-certified endocrinologist, women’s metabolic health expert, and founding partner of the Eastside Menopause & Metabolism Clinic. She’s one of the leading voices on menopause and perimenopause, and together we have an honest, uncensored conversation about what women really go through during this stage of life.
(Watch the video of this interview)
This episode is especially personal for me. Over the past 5–6 years, I’ve experienced a range of “random” symptoms I didn’t understand—only to learn they were all connected to perimenopause. Dr. Komal helped me piece it together and guided me toward relief through hormone replacement therapy (the patch!).
We dive into:
The most common perimenopause and menopause symptoms (and the ones no one tells you about)
The truth about hormone replacement therapy
The medical and health screenings every woman should request after 40
Why this conversation matters for every woman—whether you’re in perimenopause now, heading into it, or supporting someone who is
This episode is for the ladies—raw, educational, and hopefully eye-opening.

In this solo episode, I open up about what life has really looked like in this difficult season of grief and loss. I share how my brother’s celebration of life last weekend brought both release and healing, and the tools I’m leaning on daily to move through this season with strength and grace. (Watch this on YouTube)
I talk honestly about navigating heartbreak and how I’m choosing to learn and grow from loss rather than be defined by it. I also share why my upcoming solo trip to Europe feels like such an important part of my healing journey, and how I plan to take you with me—sharing the lessons, insights, and experiences along the way.

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about the grief I’ve been carrying since the loss of my younger brother on June 18, 2025. I share the story leading up to the day he died, and what it’s been like to try and function “normally” in the aftermath of such a devastating loss. Watch the video of this episode here.
I also talk about the heartbreaking end of my relationship, and how those two losses — combined with the bittersweet transition of my son moving away to start his life and my twin daughters graduating high school — have made this one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever faced.
This is an unfiltered look at what it feels like to have so much change, so much loss, and so much unknown all at once. I share how I’m learning to grieve, heal, grow, and move forward, while trusting the Universe now more than ever.
If you’re walking through loss, heartbreak, or transition, my hope is that you’ll feel less alone in your own journey as you listen to mine.

Jess specializes in merging marketing with purpose-driven work, helping entrepreneurs like us who’ve built our businesses around our passion and purpose.
In this episode, we dive deep into a topic that hits close to home for many of us: overcoming social media burnout. As entrepreneurs, we’re often stuck constantly "feeding the machine" and it can feel exhausting, especially when algorithms change and throw us for a loop.
This was a very personal episode for me. I got real and raw about my own struggles with social media. Spoiler alert: I may have even cried! Jess was incredible, walking me through a powerful tapping exercise to release those negative blocks, and let me tell you, it was transformative.
Don’t miss the video of this episode to see the tapping exercise in action – it's something you’ll definitely want to try yourself.
It was very emotional for me as you'll see!
Tune in and let’s get through this social media maze together. You’re not alone in this journey, and this episode is packed with tips and heartfelt insights to help you thrive.

I am going to stop listening to your podcast because you talk over your guests too much. It’s hard to listen to and feels rude. Your interviews make me feel uncomfortable because of how you treat your guests. If you invited them on your show, let them talk. That’s why they’re there, right?
