PBPC Director Marc Stier joins us for part II of a conversation about a series of redistricting reform bills being considered in the General Assembly, including SB22, a bill to create an independent redistricting commission that was, in essence, hijacked in the state Senate this week. An amendment brought forward by Senator Aument (R-Lancaster) would add judicial districts for state appellate courts to the constitutional amendment, opening up the opportunity for the General Assembly to gerrymander these new judicial district maps.
