Have you ever responded in such a pure and mature way to something that would have sent you into a blind rage before? Well maybe not THAT extreme, but a time when you simply took note that the NEW you handled someone or a situation far better than the OLD you would have. It's so powerful to sit back and celebrate that growth! I recently did that, while staring at a shedding tree and had a sweet breakthrough that I share with you in this quick episode!

But before we lose ourselves to the chase for more and start fitting everyone else’s to dos into our workload… what if we made time to anchor back in to our own hopes, dreams and goals? Here’s a pep talk to remind you that you have an important mission here on earth one that you can design and one that will be unique to you. Don’t lose yourself in everyone else’s agenda.
Yikes! Did I just admit that I made three mistakes this week? Well I did. And I’ve been bummed about it ever since. For anyone who has been called a perfectionist, you can imagine the self inflicted suffering I’ve imposed on myself. But then I gave myself a pep talk. And recorded it. It was super powerful for me to hear and receive. And I hope it is for you too!
Have you ever just realized one day that your life is overwhelming? Maybe it’s anxiety producing, or it feels like it’s falling apart. Maybe you woke up and feel like your life is going no where. Either way. One day it’s doable and one day it’s not. Let’s talk about THAT.
We all get into arguments with our husband, wife or significant other. It just happens. The question is not how to win the argument it’s how to show up as your best self when you’re in the heat of the argument. Here’s my pep talk, after just arguing this morning with my husband.
