Just a quickie episode with Coach Christie to blow ya damn mind :)

In this episode, you'll learn: The neuroscience of why being a part of a COMMUNITY or GROUP (whether in biz or your personal life) has an immediate, regulating nervous system effect you can actually feel in your BODY. How that immediate influx of nervous system regulation (aka FELT SAFETY!) after joining a community, THEN frees up more capacity + mental resources to use for creating in your BUSINESS and can get you out of a freeze state! :) Why you don't necessarily *need* to be active in the group, *only to know it's there to catch you when you fall as a safety net* for you in order to get the same regulating effects.
