This lockdown has given us time to explore a lot of activities. It has also given us time to explore the realms of our mind. On this episode, I talk about how we can take the opportunity to set goals and achieve them by adopting tested strategies. 
Mindfulness is a simple technique of being in the moment. At any given time, when your body and mind are working at the same task, even the smallest of tasks become fun. Whether it's making tea or designing a website, from mundane to technical, anything done with complete mindfulness is sure to bring a smile on your face. You would smile not only from the lips but from your entire being.
