Hey all - thanks for listening to our 3rd episode!We talk about our previous week's training, how we got on with the set workout and then set each other next week's workout as well - which is:60 mins of 5off/5on... E.G Someone who's a Sub3-Marathoner pace would run - 7:45MM Pace for 5 minutes (OFF), 6:45MM Pace for 5 minutes (ON)...
