In this episode, we welcome back physical therapist Andreas Olesen. Olesen alongside padel players, also works with NFL and NBA athletes. During this episode, we discuss the most common chronic padel injury: TENNIS ELBOW. We go into depth about the cause of it, the symptoms you might have, how you can treat it and what you can do to prevent it! In this week's podcast, I am joined by Max Marsh Pickard who is the General Manager of Padel Art - the largest indoor padel club in Dubai with 9 indoor courts and 6 pickleball courts! Max has helped to grow this fantastic club to where it is today and through his experience, has gained huge insight into what it takes to build and develop a club. We discuss a number of different topics including why padel has grown so quickly in Dubai, the challenges of building a club from the ground up and why they decided to push pickleball.
