A lot of us want to feel free. We want the freedom in our heart, mind, and soul to do as we please. Some of us are better at it than others. One of my favorite books, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a great read to gain insight on how to lose the attachments and gain our independence and freedom of living. In this episode we discuss some of the most common emotional turmoils my patient population are experiencing before discussing the four agreements.
