Sure was a hard week for the complainers this week. Everyone seems to be all tense and angry for some reason. I think the record breaking polar vortex might be to blame. For example one lady becomes very confused and agitated about purchasing soda at the dollar store, one man says some very mean things to us all, one lady does not like anything at all about the experience of flying but will never go elsewhere, one man has a terrible time with gas whilst trying to board his plane, one man completely loses his temper over the record breaking polcar vortex and one man decides to actually choose another airline in the end. I still can't believe where this show name came from. You really can't make it up. This week Ron from the corporate office has to deal with a very angry airline passenger who for some reason does not like accepting $11 in compensation but wants to fight about it on the phone for a really long time, a man who booked a hotel in Isreal and was not happy with the conditions there and again wanted to do battle for a very long time about getting some kind of compensation for this and then in a sight to behold Ron actually drops and entire album of brand new songs on an unsuspecting lady whilst putting her on hold.
