I am excited to introduce you to Teal who joined the HA community with the 1:1 & group support of Claudia and I.
Teals motivations to recover are similar to many of you, while she had been enjoying her training and nutrition she knew a missing period meant her body wasn't optimal. Teal was ready to optimise her body by restoring her period and moving forward with her goal of starting a family.
