This week Jami and Sean, editor of the podcast, give an update on the podcast and what's been happening behind the scenes at Chronic Hope. We explain why we there hasn't been new episode of the podcast and give a teaser at some of our upcoming  projects
It's all about mind over matter as Jami chats with Summer Moore on the benefits of meditation, having a positive mindset and how she used those tools to overcome Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She shares tips on how to change negative and unhealthy thought patterns that hold you back and move into a positive mindset that serves you! Summer also touches on the dangers of unhealthy and toxic relationships, identifying them and setting boundaries.
