Well, this episode was long overdue! This was actually supposed to be my three-year podcast anniversary episode but life ya know! But its finally here, we finally sat down and give you guys all the tools that helped us with our first year of marriage. I figured this would be a good episode to do and let listeners in on what has been keeping us busy these past two years. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making!

I rang Dr. Williams who is a Naturopathic Doctor. Not your regular take these pills and we’ll see what happens, type of doctor, but a doctor who actually cares wants to get to the root of your ailments. As usual I asked the ridiculous questions because why not and who is?! So much information in so little time, that’s way more than I can ever say about a regular medical doctor. She told me about the importance of our gut health, and keeping an eye on our hormones. She also explained why our regular doctors are causing us so much frustration with their 8-10 min consultations. Just know, it’s not normal to feel not normal, get checked out. Really checked out.
