I feel, it takes a lot to feel intimate with someone. It is never just about the sexual aspect, rather it’s all about the connection. The sense of safety in a relationship plays the most important part, I feel. You let your guards down and allow someone to be a part of the world that has only known you, protected you, and been your safe haven. That is intimacy to me. And I do not think it is only limited to romantic relationships, it very well extends to friendships and other platonic relationships, as well.

This poem is all about day dreaming and hoping to achieve all those little big dreams - and one of them is building and creating a little space up in the mountains, who I call home. Hope you enjoy the poem!

Of finding love in little things…of finding love in that special someone

If there’s anything that connects all of us, it is the endless, mighty sky. This one is for my love of clouds.

A story that is the whole of my heart and more. A story of having loved and lost, of having moved with fond memories, and of hoping to heal.

A little fear, a little strength, a little acceptance and a lot of love together is happiness in a jar.

For those evenings when all that the heart desires is a big, warm hug...

I believe that self awareness is the first step towards self acceptance and self love. I hope you give yourself that chance to be seen and heard. Validation from others is definitely a wonderful feeling but being validated and loved by one’s own self is liberating. Hope you enjoy this episode!
