the Quran is a rip off of all biblical truth. once you step into them realm it's error to the extreme in leaving out various interconnected truth that ties things together giving wisdom. knowledge and wisdom are very different, and it's key for successful living and a relationship with God. love the podcast but I figured I would enter my two cents.

This was such a great listen. I am a Black Male 42 year old 3 stripe white belt. I've listened to Chewy's channel for about a year now. THIS was by far the best in my opinion. Todd hit on all elements of the sport and kept it real. He really opened my eyes when he talked about training on sand, back seat of cars and on a hill. Real life scenarios that, as we train on the mats, we don't think about! And myself training under Rodrigo and being a member of Team Vaghi really sent it home. I will be ordering Todd's book and Chewy....5 stars my brother. This interview was carried so well!!

Overall good episode guys 👌 A couple nutrition notes though: you definitely don't need carbs, even for BJJ. The "high carb / low fat" diet has bee thoroughly debunked. If you think you do "need" carbs keep them to before / after the workout and the rest of the day should be high fat (non-seed oils). The added salt is a great point too. As with creatine, eating more protein (about 2g / kg bodyweight) will give you more than enough creatine. Training (slightlu) fasted is also a good idea too and the consensus I've heard from other black belts and nutrition nerds like myself (purple belt).

There are maybe 20 min in this that actually address the question. The strive for neutrality is distracting- “both sides” is said at least 100 times. Leo professions are havens for racists to exert power over POC and Chew does not address this at all but instead says it’s unrealistic to get everyone to agree on anything. So.. he thinks we can have differing opinions on racism?
