Click hear to listen to that. On this episode Alex gave some really good advice for Real Estate agents  who have been struggling 1. Keep fresh in peoples mind.  Let your clients know you are still here when they are ready to move forward.  Check in with them 2. Follow up with past clients 3. Cleaning businesses are probably doing really well now. You can partner with cleaning companies.  You can recommend them to your clients and see if you can give your clients some discounts through partnership 4. If you are a real estate agent with a 1099 you can file unemployment 5. Think about doing virtual tours for your clients.  He also gave Financial advice.  1. You can purchase a home before you get married.  He believes it is important for finances to be intact before engaging in a relationship 2. Start teaching your children about finances.  For example you can let them see what the bills look and how to pay them so that they understand finances.  Gave us some ways we can educate ourselves during this time.  1. Don't forget to live.  Appreciate your breathe 2. Do not become a Netflix agent.  3. It is okay to reset.  Start dreaming bigger. 4. Start creating a financial plan Follow Alex E. She has a podcast called "Nice- Ish Podcast" where she discusses all things carnival. She is someone who is a creator and a lot of the things she planned for this year is no longer taking place. For people in the same category she gave us some really good advice. If you find yourself related to struggling with changes she said: 1. Keep going - do not stop doing things because it is hard to create something and get ideas or motivation by sitting down 2. Be creative - It is important to start thinking outside the box. We are limited with what we are able to create so try thinking of other ways you can work on your content 3. Revamping- Go back to some of your old material. There are probably things like you, website, blog etc that could use some sprucing up. In the past we have said we cannot do the things we want to do because we do not have time. Try going back to that list. 4. Check out what other people are doing. You can find inspiration and motivation by seeing how other people in your field are doing to continue their craft.. Check out the rest of the interview now. She dropped so many amazing gems for us.

Interesting... I would have said whites are more repressed on sexuality. I suppose it is really dependent on an individual's experience.
