You’re in for a treat today! Tune in for a delightful conversation with my friend and kindred spirit, Mairéad Kennedy. Originally from the US, Mairéad is a lifelong traveler who has spent the last three years living throughout the British Isles and beyond as a digital nomad and house sitter! Mairéad and I are both nomadic souls who make most decisions - travel and otherwise - using our inner voices. What’s an inner voice? Maybe you’ve called it intuition, heart, higher self — it’s that peaceful voice inside that reminds us who we are, why we’re here and what is best for us in any given moment. It’s so much deeper and truer than the nonstop worries that distract our mind. Mairead and I are both trained inner voice facilitators, helping you go deep to access the well of peace, love and wisdom within you. The inner voice is so beautifully connected to travel, especially solo travel. They both build upon the other — the more you listen inward, the easier it is to travel - and the more you travel, the stronger your connection to your inner voice. So press play to hear all about how Mairéad and I turn inward in order to create our outer realities, bringing more joy, fulfillment, adventure and surprise than our minds could have imagined.Learn more about inner voice sessions with Kathryn Mairead’s inner voice website Mairead’s Instagram Our business coach Leticia Ringe Connect with Vivien TravelVivien Travel websiteVivien Travel on InstagramNotes from Vivien NewsletterVivien Travelers Facebook GroupEmail Kathryn: kathryn@vivientravel.com
