Tornadoes, VERY large hail and strong wind gusts swept across the southern U.S. on Wednesday.    It appears the severe weather pattern will persist with a new area of the country affected Thursday!
The Panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma have been extremely active this year for severe weather.   Much of that has been due to a trough of low pressure lingering in the western US resulting in one system after another producing big storms.    The last two days have brought very large hail to the area.
