yes! secular meeting! I love it!
For me, being open to listening to other people's struggles with addiction, is a first step toward admitting I have an addiction myself. I've been listening to these long enough that now I am actively looking up local meetings. This is the year I start taking it seriously. This is the month I start making a list of what my mind and body need for better health. This is the week I start scheduling doctor appts and checkups and health scans and emotional counseling and OA meetings and physical therapy. This is the day I start loving myself enough to begin the work required as part of the healing process. OA
