The 3 Ring Circus is a 3-ring venn diagaram that helps you arrive at decisions within your work that honors the 3 separate entities that form once you begin working for yourself: Your Business Your Clients You Without approaching your work in this way, you will end up with a lopsided approach- for many, at their own expense. In this 3 part series, we will be covering each of the 3 rings. This episode covers The Business ring, next week's episode will cover The Client ring, and the final episode will cover the You ring of the 3 Ring Circus.

WHY do you do what you do? How dog training taught me everything I need to know about human behavior We can train dogs using fear, punishment and force OR connection and safety Your relationship to yourself, your actions, and your motivation is the same Getting your needs met- what that means and what that requires Movement is medicinal SO LONG AS it's not motivated by shame and fear Who are you trying to hard to avoid becoming like? Compassion is the answer. Your relationship to yourself dictates your relationship to EVERYTHING- a fitness routine is not automatically "good"-- it depends on WHERE the motivation is coming from
Applying pop psychology, lived experience, and some bullshit to Love Is Blind. SPOILER ALERT: I'M CAUGHT UP THROUGH EPISODE 9 (season 6).

Remove yourself as the middle-person of your business by using a public booking system so your clients can book their sessions in without having you text you or email you.
Summary: I do not enjoy gratitute journaling (or Rachel Hollis lol) I started a rage journal instead I have 2 'journals' How and where do women learn to contain themselves? Give yourself a space to be completely unreasonable and unhinged Journaling in this way is one of the most important ways I maintain a relationship with myself 5 different journal prompts at the end (skip ahead to 16:47)
Life is plenty hard all on it's own. Today, I'm sharing your responses to ways you made your life easier this week!

I stopped using the sauna because "the science didn't support that it was worth my time"-- whatever that means. I also stopped foam rolling for a long time because it doesn't "break up adhesions or scar tissue." Except- the sauna feels good and so does foam rolling.   In this episode I cover: The Dunning Krueger effect how science is helpful yet we often use it against ourselves what matters more than "the research" you are the scientist, philosopher, and artist of your life
Cliff notes:
Cliff notes:  curate your feed unfollow/mute people liberally your page is your living room it's never personal stop posting for your peers/mentor stop trying to "fit in"
Cliff notes: open up free high yield savings account arrive at a dollar amount that makes sense for both strategy (cold, hard numbers) and soul (what your body has to say about it) put the decided amount on auto-transfer at a frequency you like (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) sit back and relax- you're building a business that has your back! Episodes mentioned: S3E11: Creating Your Own Benefits Package as a Small Business Owner S2E21: Are You a Toxic Boss To Yourself?
