My guest this week is Stephen Egerton. If you don't know Stephen, you should. He's the guitar player in the Descendents and legendary band ALL, and a good friend of mine. His new solo record, I Think You're Overthinking This, was recorded at Abbey Road. Yes that one. We talk about making it and singing his own songs for the first time. Make sure you guys follow Stephen, and check out I Think You're Overthinking This. Get the vinyl at stephenegerton.com. It's also on Bandcamp and everywhere you stream. And check out mxpx.com. We've got tour dates. We're at Warped Tour Orlando November 14 and 15. Good Things Festival in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane December 4, 5 and 6. Back from Milan and Punkadeka Festival, so I get into the trip and the food first. Then your calls. A listener in Athens asks if you can be a real fan of a band you have never seen live. A caller who watched our Warped Tour set asks about my voice, so I go through sleep, hydration, and how I prep before a show. Hannah in Carolina asks how my songwriting has changed. Plus a letter from a fan in Italy, and Jake in Texas turning a room in his house into a free venue called the Tile Room. mxpx.com has tour dates. Orlando Warped Tour November 15. Australia December 3, 4 and 5 for Good Things Festival in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. New album, Living in the Chaos, is coming. --------------------- Questions or comments?
