Heather's energy is contagious. As I listen to her show I feel as if I'm having a one to one with her. I admit after listening to her Fear is Not the Enemy episode, I stopped, pointed in the air, and rehearsed the questions to ask my fear. I'm pumped and ready to make an impact. Thank you

I'd love to be able to listen to this after a long day while preparing dinner for the kids, but won't because of the language. #notthosekindanewwords

I love, love this podcast; I was hooked on the first one I listened to. It is so motivational, encouraging and gives so much emotional relief. It is an easy listen when doing household work or driving. It is nice to have a short and simple episodes so I dont worry if I have enough time to listen to the whole thing. I recommend this for any woman, not just mothers. After just a few episodes, I have noticed my attitude become so much better.
