I am a no-nonsense yoga teacher who leads classes with clear and essential language, powerfully and simply cueing for action, body part, and direction. I keep personal sharing to a minimum, ensuring that I do not interfere with your practice. My goal is to hold space for you to experience yourself during your yoga practice. Your practice is about you, not about me. I preserve and protect the start and end of class, holding silence in savasana as a sacred passage of time. I believe a cool lavender-scented towel placed on your forehead during savasana is possibly the eighth wonder of the world, making the pilgrimage to power worth every moment.
