FOR MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN.<br />We have something of the chicken and the egg situation here! Surely I have to be chosen to be called? And so round and round we go. Besides leaving us with something of a conundrum, it appears here that God is not the author of our salvation, but that we are required to do the good work so that we come into the kingdom of God with “a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith”. Does this mean that I have to be healed before I can receive the antidote to the poison running in my veins?
