In this 5th installment of Illuminate Webinar Series "Embracing the  Un-Normal", Illuminate Asia is collaborating with Ivosights, a technology company which provide customer engagement platform.  In this webinar, we used Social Listening Tools called Ripple 10 from  Ivosights combined with our expertise in qualitative discourse analysis  to understand the consumer sentiments in Indonesia on the relaxation of  lockdown as the government is transitioning towards "New Normal".
