Join Alex, Jessy and Abdullah in analysing this past weekend's WSL fixtures featuring Aston Villa v Arsenal, Birmingham City v Manchester City and Tottenham v Everton. We also look forward to this week's UWCL Round of 16 with Manchester City taking on Fiorentina and Chelsea hosting Atletico Madrid. Music by Tim Moor.
Alex and Jessy decamp to Alex's bedroom for a live and unfiltered episode reviewing the Champions League final as Barcelona overturn a two goal deficit to win their second ever UWCL title. From Ewa Pajor's rocket of an opener to Fridolina Rolfo's scrappy winner, they talk about how Jonatan Giraldez tweaked things whilst Tommy Stroot failed to, and how ultimately that helped Barcelona come back to win.
Jessy and Alex are joined by Catalan journalist Marc Andrés to discuss Barcelona as they aim to win a second UWCL title on Saturday before talking to German journalist Annika Becker about Wolfsburg's chances of spoiling the party.
Our UWCL finalists have been decided after Chelsea were unable to push Barcelona far enough at Camp Nou before Wolfsburg broke Arsenal hearts in the final minute of extra time. Alex and Jessy discuss Chelsea's tactics and whether they were too negative, Barcelona getting rattled, Wolfsburg's strange set up, and Arsenal's valiant effort.
*this was recorded before Alexia Putellas was set to make her return to Camp Nou Jessy and Alex take on what happened in the first leg of the UWCL semi-finals in London and Wolfsburg. Alex got stuck in an elevator with Lena Oberdorf, Chelsea didn't concede four goals, Jessy ran a marathon and Arsenal went against all odds and cameback from being 2-0 down. Listen to all the analysis on both matches and a preview to the second leg matches at Camp Nou and Emirates Stadium.

The semi-finals are upon us so Alex and Jessy hop on to preview this weekend's ties. Do Arsenal have enough players to make a team? Can Chelsea surprise Barcelona? Or will the favourites prevail? And of course, some predictions thrown to make everyone look silly.
"I'm wearing black for Lyon's funeral" said Alex before we reached Stamford Bridge. And so it proved! Alex and Jessy talk through the drama of the second-leg quarter-finals as Chelsea, Arsenal, Wolfsburg and Barcelona all reached the last four of the UWCL
There were four 1-0 wins to kick off the UWCL quarter-finals so Alex and Jessy are back to discuss everything that happened this week. From Roma's heroic performance against Barcelona to the Lena Oberdorf catfish via Reiten's right foot and a Lea Schuller header, all four of these matches are finely poised heading into the second leg.
Recorded a little bit early, Alex and Jessy preview the UWCL quarter-finals prior to Lena Oberdorf getting injured. Can Roma cause an upset? Which of Bayern's and Arsenal's midfield will come out on top? Will Sam Kerr leave Wendie Renard in the dust? Analysis and, of course, predictions on all four of this week's matches.
Alex and Jessy are back for 2023 with a quick look at the weekend match between Arsenal and Chelsea before touching on each of their January moves in the market. There's also time to discuss new contracts at Barcelona and land on a controversial move for Magda Eriksson and Pernille Harder...
The UWCL group stages are complete with all eight quarter-finalists now confirmed. Alex and Jessy catch up about the last set of group stage matches, consider Arsenal's January transfer targets, question whether people are sleeping on Bayern Munich, and celebrate all their favourite and least favourite strikers scoring goals.
Seven of the eight UWCL quarter-finalists are set and Alex and Jessy are back to talk about it. They discuss Arsenal's injury issues, Real Madrid's lack of intensity, Barcelona's defensive issues as well as all the rest of the group games
Matchday four in the UWCL is complete as a shock loss for Barcelona means they have to wait a bit longer for qualification whilst Real Madrid manage to hold Chelsea to a draw as the Blues concede their first UWCL goal of the season. Jessy and Alex chat those games as well as the freezing cold meeting between Arsenal and Juventus, and look ahead to the matchday five fixtures
Alex and Jessy are back after a little break to go through how some of the UWCL teams are looking. It is so far smooth sailing for Chelsea but Arsenal are looking a bit thin on the ground player-wise. They also chat Barcelona's best midfield, Wolfsburg's stutter over Roma and whether Lyon can get back to their best anytime soon.
Jessy and Alex are back from their trip to Madrid where they watched El Clasico, so they chat about Real Madrid being poor before talking about Chelsea ending Manchester United's unbeaten run. There's also discussion of the chaos of West Ham 4 - Brighton 5, the coup against Lydia Bedford, Arsenal's injury troubles, French draws and previewing the international break.
Jessy and Alex catch up with all the latest from European league football as Arsenal beat West Ham and it's the Lauren James show at Kingsmeadow. They also talk about Barcelona getting rattled by Levante, Hope Powell's resignation and tell you to go and watch the Frauen-Bundesliga
UWCL Gameweek Two did NOT disappoint as Jessy and Alex talk through the shock draw for Lyon in Turin. A last minute Georgia Stanway rescue mission is required for Bayern Munich, whilst there's also a big win for Chelsea, a great goal for Mariona, and some deeply dubious goalkeeping.

No chance to catch a breath, league football is already back. Alex and Jessy have an in-depth chat on Wolfsburg vs Bayern, before discussing the 'Miedema Problem' at Arsenal and Chelsea's rotated win over Brighton. They also touch on West Ham, Manchester City, Barcelona and Real Madrid, and Jessy even persuaded Alex that it was worth a quick look across the pond at the NWSL.
Something a little bit different as Alex and Jessy head to France to watch Lyon vs Arsenal and Paris St-Germain vs Chelsea in the Champions League...
