Exercise doesn’t have to feel like another box to check — it can actually be the highlight of your day. In this episode, I’ll show you how to stop saving movement for when you’re exhausted, create simple rituals that make it feel special, and pair it with things you already love so you look forward to it. It's funny, but my husband actually can't take a compliment. I tell him how good he looks in a shirt, pants etc...and he always brushes it off. It's weird.

This is SO well timed! A few days ago I did my fastest 5k by accident. I was running my friend's pace, which is about a minute faster than my own, and ended up with some new pains. I got out for an easy run today to loosen up and it wasn't easy and didn't feel good AT ALL.

When I first started swimming, I was the slowest in the pool. I was bummed. My 21 year old son noted, "Mom, what do they call the slowest swimmer in the pool? A SWIMMER." So true! Same with running, as I'm telling myself. THANK YOU so much for sharing your wisdom and motivation!
