In this episode, recorded a couple of days after the finale aired, Kieran and I discuss the first (and possibly only- who knows!) season of Star Wars show, Ahsoka from Dave Filoni.
In this episode- recorded back in late November 2023, as I was recovering from COVID- I was delighted to be joined by Is Paul Dano OK?'s Daryl Bär to discuss 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' as part of out ongoing MCU coverage. And aside from singing the praises of this film (we're both big fans), we talk all things Spidey from our early encounters with the character, the comics, the moovies and the multitude of bizarre spin-off films Sony are apparently making (Kraven- we're looking at you and asking 'why?'). Okay, when I open this episode with "Recorded a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away" it turns out I'm a 1000% correct as this episode- where Paul, Kieran and I discuss Ron Howard's 'Solo: A Star Wars Story'- was recorded allllllllll the way back in May 2020. Yep, this was one of our early pandemic recordings, recorded during the very first lockdown. So expect a couple of references (both Star Wars and otherwise) to be more than a little dated, but it's a fun conversation between three Star Wars fans who have lots of thoughts on this movie. Oh, and 'the sister podcast' mentioned early on- Easy Riders Raging Podcast- is now (in 2023) on it's 4th series, where we are talking about 1980s films, TV and music videos. Obviously our 1950s run is still available from all good podcast places.

Things to note since this episode was recorded, Angela Lansbury has since sadly passed (we talk about her being still alive in the recording) and also Kieran states Natasha Lyonne would make a perfect Columbo- and recently she has been cast in a Columbo-esque role in Rian Johnson's show Poker Face (which Kieran told me recently is very good).
