Into Me See

High! I’m speaking to myself as I’m observing the feeling of meditating. The intention is calm through breath and the fluid feeling of inhaling and exhaling. Walk by me, through me, or have a convo with the words. Feel free to use it for yourself too, but I’m not a medication coach(:
