Dawn of the New Era shares the story of mothering her teenager in the last couple years. A small rash on her daughters face, turned out to be an autoimmune disease with no cure. Watching her daughter suffer, she tried everything she could to cure her. When Covid hit, Dawn noticed her daughter losing weight fast. A long term health condition was revealed, along with a pretty gnarly eating disorder. Dawn shares the ups and downs of day to day life while caretaking. In this episode Dr. J and Dawn of the New Era explore the topic of reincarnation. Sharing their personal stories of their souls karmic journey through out many lifetimes. Dr. J is back with an in depth look at trance postures, and the history behind them. A trance state is an altered state of consciousness. Many cultures use drums, plant medicines and dance to create these healing journeys. There is no belief or background needed to have a powerful experience with the Horus posture. Here she explains how to prepare an alter and the body for the journey. Horus is connected to the hawk, falcon, and has a feminine side the owl. You can go into this trance with a question, and get advice. The actual posture is 5,000 years old from ancient Egypt.

Most beings in the Eastern part of the world are inner deities. They are very powerful and invoked by chanting. Susan shares about her experience, with a warning of caution, about doing chants in the chakras. Certain practices can cause huge changes.
