Just listened to my first episode and this seems to be the podcast I have been looking for! thank you for recognizing black issues and speaking on them. as a minority woman myself I find it hard to connect with my coworkers who come from a different walk of life and often discount the issues that I face. thank you for doing what you do. cant wait to listen to more episodes.
