I have a vendor that supplies invoices in Excel (xlsx) format. We get ~4 per month with about 25-50 lines, and they are all the same format. I know I can pull these into Zoho Analytics for pivot analysis, but I'd like to avoid doing it manually. Is it possible to simply drop the latest Excel file into a folder and have Zoho Analytics monitor that folder for new files? Is this something that Analytics has a built-in feature for, or could it be done in DataPrep, or would it have to be custom-scripted? 💬 5. Is it possible to archive deals after they are closed/won? Looking to free up space in my pipeline. On that note, is there an easy way to search by a job number? Thanks!  💬 6. Can you sync Zoho contacts into Automation without the emails? 💬 7. How do we block certain email addresses from being able to email us on zoho desk? 💬 8. We sell on different marketplaces and many different fees come out on each order. We have created a custom Flow that can update a zoho sheet with all fees for each order and pull in the reference number for each payment.  I just can't seem to be able to push the updated bank fee to the payment. If anyone might be able to help, please.  💬 9. Great video. Question: When someone goes to your website via the google ad, is it the forms they fill out that should have the hidden element and is that how they get into the CRM or does Google know who they are and will it push their information into the CRM automatically? Hey Greg, simple question here, but how do I get the console in the Deluge editor to show horizontally along the bottom like in your video here?  Mine is showing vertically on the right side. 💬 2. Super helpful video! At one point, it looked like you copied and pasted a whole string of cards onto another response thread/string (not sure what the proper terminology is). I reached out to Zoho about this and they claim that it cannot be done, and that only the entire chatbot can be cloned. Is that what you did? 💬 3. Hello, and happy 2024 to team Zenatta. I want your take on the following scenario: We ask our sales reps always to keep an open task in their opportunities. Ideally, we want them to add a note every step of the way, but I've found that sometimes when a task is due, the users simply edit their task, move the due date, and never add any notes.  Is there a way I can keep them from doing that? I looked into workflows or blueprints to no avail.  I guess I can trigger a notification when a due date is edited and I could double-check, but was hoping for some Zoho automation magic to do that job for me. Any ideas? 💬 4. Hi Tyler, Thanks for the excellent video. We're a startup IT Services company. As you know, the IT industry has THOUSANDS of variations of hardware, software, services and skills. Do you know if Zoho FSM has the ability to import a master list of ~2,000 "Skills" for the company, as well as an individual list of ~500 "Skills" for each field tech? In a perfect world, each field tech could login to Zoho FSM and EASILY select the ~500 Skills that apply to them, but I don't believe that is possible (so I'm guessing that importing each list would be the best approach). Also, I'm wondering if Zoho FSM has the ability to send TEXT notifications to the field techs for new jobs (to see if they're interested) - but FILTERED based on their Skills? If not, then maybe Zoho CRM has that ability (and I know that Zoho CRM can be integrated with Zoho FSM). Thanks Tyler! 💬 5. Can we use Zoho Campaigns to create a newsletter from information held in a custom module in Zoho CRM - for example a list of news stories or web links. Could we loop through these via Deluge and add the content to a newsletter? 💬 6. Hi, I have a question about sending samples. I. use Zoho for my fabric company and often I send to my leads and customers some hangers or a couple of mt. of fabrics for free. How / in which module I can save all free samples? And I would like to see at the end of the year how many samples/meters I have sent. 💬 7. Thanks Greg.  Very useful.  I couldn't find where in Zoho Books you can create a Standalone Function.  Is there such a thing?  I want to call a common function from both a Bill workflow and an Invoice workflow. 💬 8. I'd like to automate the creation/qualification of CRM leads from any visitors to our ZoHo Site that request access to information (free reports, white papers etc). My question is what are the correct App(s) in ZoHo One to use for these workflows?  I'd appreciate feedback on alternate/ best practice ways to achieve the end outcome …. ie new leads in the CRM that qualify and progress themselves (lead source, lead stage, tags, etc) via automations when they complete simple, progressive steps. Here is my current thinking which is probably overcomplicated or tedious user experience … Please help me refine and thanks in advance! (1) download "Free Report" button on Site (2) ZoHo Form w/ CRM integration captures lead details and creates new lead (lead source, lead stage) in CRM (3) ZH form notification emails the new lead a thank you note on submission which contains the link (smart URL?) to the requested PDF RATHER than a downloadable PDF attachment. (4) Customer must click the ZH Workdrive link and perhaps also submit identifying info to access and download the Free Report PDF. 5) The step 4 link click and/or completion of data entry updates the CRM lead stage/score, sets a tag and even a task to sales to follow up with the now qualified, engaged lead. The first three steps are easy, having trouble understanding which app (CRM) and workflow are best to capture the final pieces …. which is capturing in the CRM which leads fully engaged and accessed the requested material? 💬 9. How do you handle suffixes for names in CRM Contact records? We need to address many letters with suffix honorifics like MD, MBA, RN, FRCPC, etc. Our previous CRM could parse names into a prefix, name and suffix … but I'm not seeing whether this can be done automatically in Zoho CRM or whether we manually need to edit a suffix (custom) field. Thanks in advance for insight/advice. 💬 10. Does anyone know of a plugin or add-in that can automatically make a PDF copy of every email we receive/send  from/to a client and place it into their folder in workdrive? Actually asking this for a friend who is considering switching his firm to CRM & Zoho Mail - but is ideally looking for a system that can do this audit trail of emails outside of itself for him. Apparently he manually prints everything as a PDF now…he's an auditor that works with external people and they need to be able to access it that way. Please, how could one adjust inventory cost price and selling price incase of current price changes. 💬 6. Does this blueprint allow users to go back in deal stages? Hi Tyler, I saw in your CRM, you had "Interests". How are you syncing those with Campaigns or is that automatic? 💬 8. In Zoho Inventory, we can create "Contact persons" underneath a business or individual. When the primary contact syncs to Zoho CRM via the native integration, it does not sync any information about the contact persons listed in Books/Inventory. We commonly find this with families - ex we create the husband as a customer in Inventory and add the wife as a contact person under the husband. Only the husband's contact is synced to CRM with no information about the wife. The inverse is also true - if we were to create both contacts in CRM, they would not sync into Books/Inventory with the "contact person" relationship. Any advice on how to tackle this? Hey Team - I'm using Cliq’s Bot to bring ChatGPT into Zoho. Is there a way to use GPT 4? It looks like it uses 3.1 and I am an Open AI paid subscriber.  💬 4. What happens when  I want to import a list of contacts that ALSO has a list of associated "deals"?  In other words - I am a lender and I have clients, and clients have loans.  Some clients have more than one loan.  So I can import clients, but then when it comes to importing their associated loans - how do I associate the loan file with the proper contact?  Thanks so much!!!  You guys are the best. 💬 5. It’s a custom function? I’m building a referral program for my business. Forms to contacts opting in and getting their own pre-filled zoho forms link so I can track who referred who and determine type of reward based on 1-2 criterias. I can manually get the link :with a pre-filled url (zoho forms alias) but I would prefer a workflow giving them their link. They send it by sms or email and we get the referees as new leads. Very simple, but I don’t know functions (although flow is ok) and  I lack the experience… Any straight answer? Also, I see developers talking about creating a custom module for more data, but nobody differentiate it with just having a lookup in leads and related lists in contacts. 💬 6. Does this still work? (Referring to the YouTube video called Sending Embedded Loom Videos via CRM Formula Field) 💬 7. How do I fetch related records with Zoho Flow?  For example, I am trying to fetch a Contact module entry and then update the related Account to which that Contact belongs. For example: Fetch John Doe who works for Zylker Corporation. Update Zylker Corporation with a value in a custom field. I tried to use the "Fetch Contact" action, but then the output includes both the Account Name and the Account ID in an array format. Another example would be if you want to update a Deal for a specific Account.  Do you always have to fetch by “Deal Name” or can you somehow get the Entry ID when you Fetch Account? Thanks! 💬 8. Hello Community, I need you to be honest with me. Has anyone ever been happy using Mail Merge to create and edit documents? We need Travel Expenses Documents in Zoho People.  As I am trying to edit a document based on PDF templated imported and when I try to place and move the fields, it just wears out my patience. In the past, I gave up using Writer to manage documents, but I thought after 2 years they would have it solved. I tried using both in Chrome and Firefox. Is it just me? Has anyone in the community succeeded using Writer to create and edit documents? Here is a piece of the result I am getting. When I try printing it, the fields appear out of place. We need to give them access to Zoho Social and Campaigns specifically. Will we need to buy a license for them that their team can use, or is there some sort of guest access available for Zoho One users who use a 3rd party marketing agency? Helene: I own a very small retail company and use Zoho for everything however because we are a startup we don't have the need for an on staff social media manager but can’t ignore the importance SM plays in our marketing plan and growth of our business. Therefore, we hired and external SM manager and was wondering if I can just share posting and schedule permissions with my SMM without actually buying a new Zoho One user license 💬 3. Great tutorial, but I am having some trouble with getting some features to work/display as you have laid out. 1) The method to have the related lists display in either the Leads and Contacts modules, after an existing lead/contact has completed a Zoho Form submission. 2) Additionally, the Related Lead and Related Contact IDs are NOT available when I attempt to build out the "View Lead" or "View Contact" button links. I am not sure where I have missed some directions. 💬 4. So, let's say you already built all the individual modules one at a time without checking that fancy drop down thing and are now regretting that.  You want to clean up duplicate fields that may have been named slightly different or just don't apply in practice and want to make sure what is left is mapped between the modules property.  There is no data in the fields you need because you're still just figuring things out and don't have any real customers in the system.  Best way to do that?  Asking for a friend. 💬 5. I hope this question isn't rocket science: how to send bulk/mass emails, without the recipients seeing the other recipients? Is it possible in Zoho? 💬 6. Great article by the Zenatta team on Building your Own GPT. Definitely something I want to explore. Exciting stuff! Curious to see/learn more about the use cases, esp. #5 and how this relates to Zia and Data Storytelling for narrative financial reporting. We have unique needs as we are a non-profit business that order park tickets from Florida theme parks and distribute them for free to families in need that come to stay at our resort. 💬 2. I absolutely love Zoho. Do you guys have any videos or news on Zoho Thrive?  What are your initial thoughts? 💬 3. We are using Zoho CRM and searching for a tool that can be used by our non-software-using employees to create car condition reports. We are thinking about using either Zoho Forms, Creator or CRM with a custom role as a solution. We would use Zoho RouteIQ, because our employees drive to customers and check their cars right there (I know that RouteIQ is only available for CRM). It would be nice if our employee could have an overview over the attended customer locations and completed forms. In which use case would you prefer one over the other? If we choose Creator, is it possible to export a Zoho Creator app as a custom iOS/Android application, so our employee does not open Creator anymore, but rather our custom app? 💬 4. Have you guys had experience with Zoho RouteIQ? Since Zoho does not shy away from offering unreliable software, I‘m afraid of starting to implement it, before getting insights from experts. Should they use Zoho Subscriptions? or a deal in CRM?  How are your coaching clients handling this? 💬 6. Is it possible to trigger an assignment rule after a lead has been created? I pose this question because in order for the correct location / territory to be determined we have a workflow that needs to be completed before I want the assignment rule to be triggered in order to assign the correct users 💬 7. I am about to employ a virtual assistant to support with some admin and research. They need an email address, we need to be able to communicate (Cliq I assume) and some way of managing their priorities (Connect or Project). I am a Zoho One User. Do I have to have a Zoho One account for them or can I buy a Bundle and them as a user under my Zoho One but only with access to the Apps in the Bundle? This week on AZAAZ we answered: ❓The Questions❓ 💬 1. I have just started to test an in-person Mentoring program on Personal Development and Accountability for Business Owners and Managers. At the moment it’s paper based and the mentoring is in-person (video conferencing). It’s over 4 weeks with a 1 hour session each week. The participants complete tables with their specific information based on the content that is provided. Based on their response I guide them and then at the end of the 4 weeks I give them a summary and a 6 month strategy that they can use on a self guided basis. I’d like to digitize this so the process can be online. And potentially create an evergreen program driven by the AI Overlord. 😑 Do any of the Zoho Apps have the capability to deliver this? Is it Creator? Once again, many thanks for the help. 💬 2. Hello! I'm considering purchasing this [WooCommerce] plugin for a website I'm working on. Will I be able to sync the inventory (items) along with the stock status, images, etc.? i.e All our products are currently on Zoho Inventory and I need them to sync up with WooCommerce automatically 💬 3. Can you guys talk about early access for email storage management, ​Emails with attached files are consuming our company file storage, ​And there is apparently no way to go and delete undesired files. Is it possible to have an SMS as part of the [Scheduled Emails via Zoho CRM]  workflow? 💬 5. How do I analyze the Time Entry on each [Zoho Desk] ticket, Agent-wise, Month-wise or Week-wise? 💬 6. I am running into some trouble with Zoho Calendar recurring invites. A co-worker  was creating a calendar invite in Google, and, at one point, had a synchronization configured between the two calendar accounts. I’m not completely certain if there is still a sync configured or not. This person now appears to be configuring the calendar invites using Zoho Calendar due to complaints as outlined below. However, the problem persists. Some of our association members use Outlook as their default calendar within their organizations. Those folks are sometimes receiving two to three notifications simultaneously from our calendar invites which is causing complaints to come in.  💬 7. We have a number of folks that seem to use different email addresses at different times.  When we convert these users from Leads to Contacts, it pushes in, using one of the emails.  When they come back the next time, conversions force us to choose one of those emails, so if we keep the original email this person will not be recognized again. The only way around this seems to be, to create multiple contacts for the same person to account for different emails.  Any suggestions around this or how to have Zoho put this in their set of upgrades?  💬 8. We then sent it to our technician at another location to perform the repair. I need to be able to track that the customer dropped the item off to me, I received the item, transferred it to our technician and repairs are being done, and then collect payment when the repairs are finished, and track that the item was returned to the customer. Since it's not our Inventory, I don't think adding it as an item and performing transfer orders in Zoho Inventory would be the correct approach to track its movement. Any ideas for how to handle the scenario? 💬 2. We currently have two [Zoho Mail Basic] accounts and would like to upgrade it to 50 GB. However, we are having trouble understanding how to do it. Could you please help me? 💬 3. How do you set availability for a meeting with a CRM User or CRM Group so the full day isn't open for bookings, but just the hours you want to open? 💬 4. What is the best community to learn and share experiences about Zoho One?  💬 5. Do you know the difference between the v5 and v6 and would you recommend staying with 5 or upgrading to 6? 💬 6. Hi I’ve been using Zoho Books API for the last 7 years. I’ve never run into any throttling or limits per minute. Then July 2nd we were hit with throttles. Zoho told me that the limit was 100 per minute. So, I adjusted any code that was making API calls so it would be well below the 100 per minute. Then I hit another throttle at the end of July and they notified me that the limit was now 30 calls per minute. Is anyone else experiencing this? Seems to me that now the API is only useful for API calls such as creating a record. You can’t query the API for anything more than a record or two. Additionally if you have a scheduled function running in CRM or Books it’s not going to be able to do much with those limits and schedules only running every 30 minutes. Seems to me the next best option would be to have cron jobs running on a separate platform such as Google Cloud, Zoho Catalyst, etc if you need to do any large querying/retrieving or mass updating of data via the API 💬 7. Linkmatch sounds like a great tool, but I'm wondering if there are any security concerns with it being a tool outside of the Zoho universe. I am a travel agent and I can't use any of the Zoho credit card options because they all process the card. I need a holistic view of all historical inventory, ability to associate those S/Ns with deals/customers, and then have the data available in the CRM/Zoho so the product can be properly supported through the post-sale lifecycle. 💬 2. I wanted to alert myself to reach promising leads based on the information I have from CRM, Campaigns, and the SalesIQ tracking of time spent on my website. I created a workflow to create a task for every lead that got a lead score of >5.  That was overwhelming so I increased it to >10.  2,200 new tasks later, I’m not convinced I’m doing this correctly. Is there a best practice - or at least a better practice - for setting up a workflow with lead scoring? 💬 3. Can it work well for a recruitment company or just for internal recruitment?  For example if we want to post a job for a customer, will it link to the customer CRM record etc? 💬 4. My contacts are all set up in the Contact module of the CRM. I have none set up under leads. However, when I try to add a new sync, the only option I have is Leads. My search for Contacts turns up nothing.. Shouldn't Contacts be a module to choose from in the drop-down? 💬 5. Hi all! Love your shows. I noticed today that the "Products Module" doesn't utilize the role hierarchy in Dashboards? Meaning, when creating a component in the Dashboard Module, if you select "Products" in the Modules option, and select "Pipelines" for the related module, when selecting your measures/groupings, the data doesn't filter the same way it does with the other modules. i.e. everyone can see all data, not data that is specific to that role? From a business point of view, the 3 or 4 regions that we do business in don't want to see each other's data. They only want to see theirs. Do you know of any work around, or am I doing something wrong? 💬 6. We are taking meeting minutes directly in Projects or CRM but it happened to many users that for one reason or the other the minutes were not stored and information got lost. I thought about recommending everybody taking meeting minutes while being in a meeting would be best in Zoho Notebook where each character you enter is stored directly. On the other hand this means creating it in one place and then copy/paste it to where it finally belongs. Is there a way to have text stored directly in CRM or Projects without having to confirm it should be stored? What do you recommend? 💬 7. Mainly for Campaigns, as that’s where I’m at with a Zoho One implementation, but I can’t seem to find any good way of managing multi-lingual requirements. I can create a newsletter in another language and even adjust the footer text, but the signup pages, autoresponder emails and topic pages don’t seem to allow translation. Am I out of luck here until Zoho implements this functionality? (...) Will I find the same issues in Desk and other Zoho products as I look to bring them online? I appreciate the help and love the usefulness of this community! 💬 8. We are currently using Zoho CRM and Campaign, I have a test Zoho One account to determine if we can expand to Inventory and Books. We’re already using Zoho Subscriptions for most of our numbers, but it would be nice to have everything updated across the zoho-verse. Is there a simple way to get Subscriptions to talk to the CRM deals so everything is up to date? Thanks!  💬 3. Currently using a Zoho CRM trigger in a Zoho Flow to post data to a default 3rd party app from the Flow gallery. It works great, however the 3rd party app's company would like us to hit a different endpoint URL and use newer JSON strings for our specific needs. Is there a way to create a new custom app in Flow or possibly clone to then slightly modify an existing Zoho App from the gallery to suit our specific needs? Can you clarify possible use cases for the zoho Desk custom lookup fields ?   Since tickets ALREADY show the name of the contact and account I'm not seeing what advantage this new feature adds.    We're new to Zoho Desk so clearly I'm missing something. 💬 5. Can you add sections if you do not have Formstack? 💬 6. I want to have my users save all our CRM attachments into Workdrive, but unfortunately, Zoho doesn’t have a native integration. I’ve found the marketplace extension (https://marketplace.zoho.com/app/crm/zoho-workdrive-for-zoho-crm) but I don’t like the file structure it creates because it has unnecessary folders for my business. I am in real estate and am looking for the files to be stored by the address (i.e. Deal Name). Current Behavior: /Zoho CRM/Contacts/{Contact Name}/Associated Deals/{Deal Name} Desired Behavior: /Zoho CRM/Deals/{Deal Name} I was able to create a custom button/function to create a folder where I want it, but the extension still puts an empty Associated Deals folder inside. Additionally, the bigger issue is that if users upload files directly into the widget, the folder gets created using the default logic/location. Is there any way to modify the behavior of this marketplace extension? Or any other path to store attachments where I want them in Workdrive? 💬 7. I made a Team Folder but it won't let me delete it and gives me this message: The Test Team Folder is associated with Zoho Projects / BugTracker. To delete the Team Folder in WorkDrive, you must disassociate it from Zoho Projects / BugTracker. I do not know what it is referring to and cannot find it anywhere. Send help. 💬 8. I am still using our old newsletter tool as I could not check out yet whether email deliverability of Zoho Campaigns is as good as in the old system. However I at least want to import all data into CRM. As long as I am not using Zoho Campaigns for sending out mailings, would you just add a campaign in CRM for each newsletter etc. sent previously or would you import data into Zoho Campaigns? 💬 9. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to extend my congratulations for the exceptional work you do in keeping us updated and optimized with all things Zoho. In our CRM system, we heavily rely on contact roles within opportunities. However, we face a challenge when it comes to pinning tickets. Currently, CRM only allows pinning tickets from the main contact associated with an opportunity. I have reached out to CRM and Desk support but haven't found a solution. Do you have any creative ideas to overcome this limitation? My goal is to view the opportunity in CRM with specific tickets pinned to it, regardless of the contact associated with the ticket. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer. 💬 10. At 8:05, why did you have to click on the Related list for the item to appear/have the little "1 record" number next to it? Was it just a timing thing or do they not load like others? 💬 11. I'm using Zoho CRM with some custom modules (through my Zoho One subscription) to replace a database application which was built using Sharepoint tables. That part is going well. The part which isn't going well is the reporting, which, in the Sharepoint application, is done using Excel, primarily pivot tables. I have tried the pivot tables in Zoho CRM reports, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sheets, and even looked at the new Zoho Tables, but can't get even close to the very refined pivot table appearance I can achieve in Excel. There aren't very many records, and they don't change too often. I would be interested in your thoughts about how to handle this. 💬 12. Hello there! I'm trying to sync zoho+shopify. Currently, from employee's profile, it shows the weightage as a percentage. All I need is to remove a percentage sign from the 'Goals/Targets' tab.  Any custom function or any workaround is there to achieve this requirement? (Adding a custom field, would not display the numbers at the Goals/Target tab) 💬 2. Does anyone know HOW to get the Zoho CRM Gmail Extension to work in Brave Browser??? It works in Chrome, but not Brave? I think it may be because you have to sign into your Google Account, but on a previous CRM Zen show Tyler and Brett said it worked in Brave? 💬 3. I watched the Zoho Flow Full Product overview-great job Oscar and Felix- oops got mixed up there Greg and Jordan. (at least the Pigeon sisters aren’t involved). I’ve been able to develop about 10 flows that have been working great, but having some trouble getting the big picture on how to develop this type of flow. I have a ZCreator app being used as a Point of Sale app. The Invoice includes a subform where line items are created for what’s being sold for the customer purchasing. There is also a Payments subform to accept payment for the invoice. For the last year we daily export these line items and payments as separate spreadsheets and import them into Zoho Books to bring these sales over. It’s been working fine but kind of tedious. I’m trying to look at Zoho flow in how to do this in real time but the big issue for me is how would these subforms be accommodated to bring in the multiple “records” in the One to Many relationship between Invoice and Line Items 💬 4. I have been playing with Zoho products for the last 6 months as the company I work for prepares to move from their (disjointed) platforms and data matrices.  I am trying to integrate 2 forms into our Wordpress website that I built in Zoho Forms that both need to deposit information into Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM through Zoho Flow.  One of the pieces of information that needs to be transferred is a date.  I can get the date into Creator but I can’t seem to get the date from Forms to flow into CRM.  I know there are basically 2 ways to troubleshoot this (the custom function and the new format date option built into Flow) and I have tried multiple options using these 2 methods to no avail.  The form in Forms is set to be formatted as MM/dd/yyyy and the CRM is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.  Any help on a direction to try would be great!  Thank you! 💬 5. We are wondering how we can track the traffic data of the Career Site. (Where our visitors come from.) On our other platforms we use an HTML code, but on Career Site we cannot put it in anywhere. Thanks for any suggestions! 💬 6. Thank you for answering my question in depth! Really appreciate it. I have a comment and a follow up question. I also find one more downside, if i record as payment received, it will only record it as cash which I think won't match the bank feed (through zoho books) My question, do you have a system on zoho books to match the bank feed (shopify payouts) with multiple shopify orders (noting that those payouts refer to multiple sales orders that were fetched through zoho inventory)? I’m guessing this can't be automated 😢 💬 7. Hi! Is there a way to just integrate the products in quickbooks to zoho. Been trying to figure it out but I am having a hard time. What I was trying to do is I want zoho to get the products that we have in quickbooks so that whenever I try to create quotes we'll just have to look up the list that was synced in the software. Will that be possible? We are currently using chargezoom to create invoices and we can easily just easily choose the products that we need to add to the invoice because it syncs with quickbooks and whenever we had to add products to quickbooks it also syncs to chargezoom right away. 💬 8. Hi Landon. Thank you for the video.  If you edit / change the data in a cell on the sheet view, does the change in the sheet view change the same data in the CRM? 💬 9. I know you guys don’t like bookings and this may be one reason why. I have set up a Booking and have a 2 hour Buffer in the Consultation Information section. In my diary, it books out the meeting and includes the buffer time. In this example, the booking is at 9am and the booking shows up in my calendar as 9-12. I've tested this on myself and I get the booking confirmation 9-10 and also a separate booking for the meeting and buffer (in my test diary) Do you know of any reason for this? The second issue is I assumed the buffer time was before the meeting, not after. or possibly both sides. The use case is these are external meetings and I need to not make bookings straight after another meeting. Any thoughts other than going back to You Can Book Me? As always I really appreciate the support. 💬 10. It seems like there are some accounts that qb allows you to make manual entries for, that zoho books does not allow you to make manual entries for (like inventory asset account). So during historical migration these accounts won’t transfer even though they are in the chart of accounts. Anyone else have this problem? 💬 11. We are a resource outsourcing enterprise. We let our employees work on behalf of our clients and we charge the cost to the company to our clients. How to create invoices when we charge invoices based on the number of hours our employees worked and other related expenses on the project and charge the same to our client 💬 12. Is it possible to have different columns on each milestone for the same project?. The problem we are having is that some milestones require only numeric fields, other milestones text/comments and other milestones require a checkbox or date. At the moment I’m adding this manually but I wonder if there’s a way of selecting the doc from WorkDrive based on the picklist. 💬 9. Is there a good method to create a form that can look-up and filter CRM records based on the form input? Filtering by list view inside CRM is a little awkward because it doesn’t show possible values for multi-select pick lists. I have something set-up in Zoho Analytics, but it’s kind of messy bringing over field values and filtering them. Basically, I want to look-up contacts based on multiple field criteria. And then ideally be able to select from that list the ones I like the most and send them an email. 💬 10. Do you have a tutorial on how the implementation of the week was actually implemented? Want to automate some customer discounts but can't find anything but your video that explains how it could be done. 💬 11. This is very helpful! Does this connection support bank payments from any bank or credit union? I'm looking at the options available for customers that may not have the standard large banks, so they have to be able to pay using any type of account. 💬 12. We have a bizarre problem with SalesIQ, I’m wondering if other folks have come across this or have any idea of what’s going on.   In SalesIQ there’s a “Live” view and a “Visitors → All Visitors” view that shows a raw list of visitors. The two views are showing different visitors for the most part.    We’re clearly not seeing all the incoming visitors in the Live view.  Any ideas? 💬 13. I’m sure you’ve faced this problem and have something up your sleeve to overcome it! Client Users don’t have access to Reports in Zoho Projects, so no access to Gannt Chart - the easiest way to give them a view of project breakdown and status. There’s also no way to generate a viewable link to a Gannt chart/report - only export to PDF (which also needs major work). I’ve tried to create something in Zoho Analytics using a scatter plot with Task names and Due dates as the axes, but there are several problems with it - no view of milestones or tasks lists to sort the tasks, dots scattered everywhere, tasks get cut off because not all of them fit in the area of the chart, etc. Any ideas? We need to give clients (some not Zoho users) an easy way to view where their project is at. Thanks  💬 14. If I have a contact detail page with 3 tags and add a new tag, the new tag is not visible unless I click on the "More" link. I can’t change the order of tags but in cases where there are more than 3 tags it would help having the 3 tags added the latest first. Older tags should appear at the end (not visible immediately). Is there a way to do so? 💬 15. I'm seeking assistance with integrating customer sales orders and data between ZOHO Inventory and ZOHO CRM & ZOHO FORMS & ZOHO CRM to be consolidated and organized together for easier management. Currently, when a sale occurs from Shopify into ZOHO Inventory, the customer's information is stored in the ACCOUNTS Module of ZOHO CRM. However, I have created a separate module in ZOHO CRM specifically for Shopify customers, where I would like this data to be stored. I've attached an images to illustrate the desired workflow. In short, Currently, the data from ZOHO Forms is generating a new entry in the Custom Module named 'Vehicle Insights' within ZOHO CRM. However, the Sales Order coming from ZOHO Inventory is being created and stored in the 'Accounts' Module in ZOHO CRM. My objective is to have both of these entities coexist within a specific custom Module called 'Vehicle Insights Devices'. This way, the data from both sources will be consolidated and organized together for easier management. Can this be achieved? Would this be completed in ZOHO Flow? Would any code need to written? 💬 16. What happens on the Customer export from Analytics if the Customer name field contains the job or project names in addition to the base customer name?  We use QBO and we have the project / job feature enable so we can track multiple jobs / projects with our customers.  Is there a way to export just the base customer name from that date table? 💬 17. Hi Josh, great video, I want to know your thoughts on Zoho's rule under preferences, sales orders, sales order cycle then creating an invoice, package and shipment rule.
