The evolution of the BMX bike spans over 50 years, with many landmark product developments along the way. The 2022 BMX Society show in Carson, CA provided perfect examples of some of the most crucial bikes in early BMX history. Here's an evolutionary rundown of some of the most important eras of the BMX bike, leading up to the early '90s. -Scott Towne
Well, another chapter is closing in my life and it's bittersweet. I'm leaving Indiana. The scene has been incredible, but I'm excited to get to Hawaii and experience all it has to offer.
Recently, my friends and I went on (honestly) a bmx trip of a lifetime. We just wanted to get away from it all.
In this episode of the podcast, I discuss chapters in life, friends, good days, and much more. ENJOY!
The only thing about the Doug Bob situation that has bothered me is the money. But, I mean, he's out there doing his thing, should I really be mad at him? Who knows.
In this episode of Yeah Dude Sick! I discuss friendships, skateparks, Fast and Loose, and much more.
Enjoy!

Bike School?? There ain't no school for bmx, brotha. For all the kids listening, tricks, style, etc., all that shit comes naturally and can't be bought. In this episode I talk about Brovid-19, Bike School, Terminator 2, and feeling like a burden while asking your friends to film. Enjoy!
This situation, as minuscule as it may seem, opened the door to a rather intriguing conversation about bmx sponsorships, legacies, relationships, industry, etc. I discuss my opinions on the matter and I also go through some of the various responses I received. Enjoy!
The debate between bmx racing and bmx freestyle continues as we ring in the new year. Contracts are renewed, but more often than not, relationships with riders and companies come to an end. It seems so predictable with bmx racers. It's almost like they become completely different riders each year. Agree? Disagree? Thank you for your support! Enjoy and have a great weekend!
This episode is an audiobook version of a collection of stories written by Steve Crandall. These stories describe his life on the road and the many excursions he's been able to experience in his life of bmx. While I didn't read every story in the book, I hope this gave you enough motivation to not only go buy the book (assuming it's still for sale), but get out there and do something. Whether it's traveling or simply doing something creative. In addition to the book, my friend Scott Towne was gracious enough to recite the Foreword (which he personally wrote for the book). I'm grateful for the opportunity to share some of Crandall's stories with everyone and I cherish my involvement in bmx. If you have any ideas for future episodes, shoot me a message or call the hotline (317-661-1339). Thank you, and RIDE ON!
One year of bmx racing has taught me quite a bit! Holler!
Everyone's going through something.

A quick look into my life as a bmx rider.
I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down and talking with Shad Johnson. I've looked up to this dude for a LONG time. I've always felt as though he has done the right thing in bmx. His name is synonymous with purity and authenticity in bmx.
ENJOY!
It's too late...for everything. Everything is already happening. Sometimes you just need to take the L and give in. Youtube has cemented a corner in the bmx world. There is an endless amount of content out there for your viewing pleasure.
In this episode of Yeah Dude Sick, I sit down and talk to Brant Moore; an avid YouTuber. We discuss the trials and tribulations of what it takes to simply create a YouTube video. I really appreciate Brant's willingness to show himself and not hold back. Maybe we all can learn a lesson from what he's doing, whether or not we relate.
Please let a rating and review; I've sold my soul to the radiowaves.
Episode 25-Bodymore Murdaland featuring @jedi_mind_nick aka Maryland Nick. Let me just say one thing, you’ll never know the potential connections you could make if you don’t put yourself out there. What started as a short Local Pro interview turned into a full on bmx conversation that lasted nearly an hour. I had never met Nick before this interview but I immediately felt like we were old riding buddies just remembering all the good times. This has been my favorite interview so far; light-hearted and just...easy. Thank you all for your continued support and love. ENJOY!

Bro they really said that. Look, the X Games has always just been the X Games. It's always just something there if you feel like watching it. It's entertainment. But now that Mat Hoffman isn't involved, what will it become?
I dig into the Mat Hoffman situation and once again, I'm on both sides of the argument...who would've guessed?
ENJOY!
Season two has come to a close! Thank you all for your continued support.
In this episode, I discuss the current state of being a professional bmx rider...well, I try to. I also had a great conversation with Colt Fake; a bmx rider who I feel deserves a little more recognition for what he's contributed to the sport.
ENJOY!

CALCULATED. That's how I describe Jonnie Vance. The dude has goals and it's amazing to be able to see him in the process of achieving them. Enjoy!
I hope I don't get flagged and/or sued!
Props rock dictated my every action for YEARS! A sacred sub-genre of alternative rock music possessing an infectious sound that literally sucks you in. Man, I wanted this to keep going and never end.
ENJOY!
Wahoooooooo Mcdaniels. What a good dude. I met Craig back in 2010 probably and I was instantly drawn to his involvement with his scene. He's always got shit going on. Earth Surf, Cheap Seats Racing, Team Pimpske, Voice, etc. The dude has been involved with a ton of bmx related shit and he's still going strong.
ENJOY!
Senseless rambling about friends and family. I also recap my experience at the Derby City Nationals.
