A brief but powerful episode about two of our hardest workers, Marcus and Terrance, who competed in the IPL World Championships in the beginning of November.
Both athletes performed beautifully for Marcus with competition PRs and Terrance with a 1st place medal in the Deadlift.

Happy 2 Year Anniversary TMW Barbell! This week marks 2 years of the gym being open and to celebrate we asked some of our members to share their thoughts on what it has been like being a member and how much they have grown (assuming that has happened?).
