She will appear before a Medical Practitioners Tribunal in Manchester this Thursday. The Interim Orders Tribunal as it's called is considering whether to impose conditions on Dr Aladwan’s registration, suspend her, or take no action. Why? Rahmeh has been very active on social media where she has - in the strongest terms - condemned the genocide in Gaza. She has also spoken at a number of anti-genocide gatherings. Her opponents say that she is antisemitic and not fit to hold any patient facing role. She says that this is a violation of her human right to free speech that she's being taken to a tribunal not for any professional failure but rather as part of a coordinated campaign against her by political opponents. I have to clear up one misunderstanding - conscious of time running out I misunderstood Richie's question about the state appointed Psychiatrist. The psychiatrist assigned to me was a NHS psychiatrist made available on request from a GP from my surgery on my request. I apologise for the confusion I missed the point Richie was making in the moment - I was personally pursuing a C-PTSD diagnosis with a view to going back to Social Security finally with a diagnosis that explained my condition.
