Erik Cruz is a dancer/choreographer for Legit Status and other dance groups throughout Metro Manila. He also does design work and is starting to dabble in conservation efforts in the coastal areas of the Philippines. He also broke my Playstation 2 while playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance when we were 15 years old and he is now paying his debt by joining me on the podcast. You can check out more of Erik's dance and design creations on Instagram at @_eriknathaniel !  If you like what you're hearing, follow Thought Train by Joey on Instagram for more updates @thoughttrainbyjoey
It is true that we must accept change, but let us not discredit how both the individual and society are also shaped by refusing it. Both human and community is built on the acceptance of change, the refusal of change, and the pioneering of another kind of change should change be refused.  Change is constant, but in no way is it absolute. A brief explanation explaining why those protesting in the Philippines are against the Anti-Terror Bill.  My allergies were acting up and phlegm was destroying my throat while I recorded this episode so I'm sorry if my voice doesn't sound like it usually does!
Here is episode 1 out a day earlier because time is an illusion. A little overview of the recent tensions brewing in Hong Kong. Not my best run and I think I still have a lot to improve on, but I hope you enjoy the episode nonetheless! Next episode, we talk about the Philippines.
First episode coming June 6, 2020 (assuming my internet cooperates)
