Happy Thanksgiving! Let's try to lift those spirits today by expressing gratitude and focusing on all of the things we have been blessed with. I know 2020 has been pure madness, it's sometimes hard to find the moment to be thankful when the world feels like its falling apart. However, it's important for your own wellbeing and perception to check into this from time to time.  Gratitude and perception matters.  Not just on this holiday but everyday. Life can always be worst, let's be grateful its not.  If you have your health, a home, money, opportunities, and a healthy family, you're winning at life. Be grateful for what you have, you'll end up having more.  This episode is short and sweet closing things out at under 7 mins. Make sure you tune in. May everyday bring you more gratitude and blessings.
