In 1958, a family in Long Island, New York experienced alarming poltergeist activity in their home that lasted 35 days. Heavy furniture moved on its own, the tops of bottles popped off all over the house, and police officers, detectives, the press, and other witnesses saw objects flying through the air. To this day, the Long Island Poltergeist remains the strangest, most documented cases of poltergeist activity ever recorded.

In 1976, twenty-three-year-old Anneliese Michel died after being subjected to 67 exorcisms. After a trial unlike any in history, her parents and two priests were convicted of negligent homicide. On October 31, 2025, I joined DJ Mikey V on Jammin 107.7 for a special Halloween interview about my work as a paranormal investigator. When I came up with the idea for "The Tree: A Christmas Ghost Story", I had no idea where I wanted it to go. But once I sat down to work on it, it magically seemed to write itself. After I finished recorded it, I realized that I had created something special -- a totally unique ghost story, maybe even a Christmas classic! We've all heard of ghosts who haunt houses, but it possible to actually MAKE a ghost in a laboratory? In 1972, a group of researchers from the 'Toronto Society for Psychical Research' set out to answer that question. In 2016, I was contacted by a couple who fled their home because of terrifying paranormal activity. Things had gotten so bad that they put the house up for sale, even though they had just moved in five months earlier. As soon as I heard the details of what they had seen and heard, I knew that they weren’t being haunted by a ghost – they were being plagued by a demon. The following is my reading of the first chapter of my book, "Haunted Happenings: A Ghost Hunter’s Strangest Cases." All of the dialog is exactly as it was spoken during the paranormal investigation I conducted at their house -- and the recording of the demon's voice that I captured on a digital recorder has not been altered in any way.
