Now That’s Nostalgic!

We’re ending season 1 but we’re faaaar from done. We bring to you one of the wackiest films you’ve never heard of, UHF! This movie is about a TV station that is saved and ran by none other than Weird Al. As if that wasn’t enough awesome for you, just wait til you see the programming on U62. Be there!

They’re Ninjas. Mutants. Well, technically they’re Turtles. Oh, and they’re Teenagers. Oh boy Nostalgiers, get ready to hear me geek out for the turtles. These four brother who hate bullies and love New York City are who we talk about on today’s episode. The franchise has lasted over 30 years mostly on pizza and turtle power. Thanks to Eastman and Laird that created a world that I have been entrenched in for nearly my whole life. God, I’d love being a turtle!

Welcome again Nostalgiers! On today’s menu we’re serving up Travolta and Cage with a side of slow motion doves and a barrel of bullets. We’re talk Face/Off in this weeks episode. What happens when John Woo makes a movie where the two main actors surgically switch faces and pretend to be the other person? You get one of my favorite action films of all time. Travolta and Cage face off against one another. Wait, is THAT where the name came from? Nah

Can you hear it? I bet you can. If it’s not in your head then it will be after this weeks episode as we discuss The Neverending Story. A story filled with so much magic and fairy tale wonder that you’d swear this was made by Disney. Grab yourself an emotional support luck dragon to get you through this journey with us!

Hot patootie, get ready to shake your booty as we talk about a show that’s been in theaters longer than The Phantom of the Opera, we’re talking Rocky Horror Picture Show. This episode would be nothing without audience partici.....pation. Join my special guest and myself on this musically kinky thrill ride through the annals of Transylvania. So make yourself a prop bag, get your favorite callback ready, and get set to do the time warp again!
