Today I speak with Bob Claxton, Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team, which offers speaking, selling, coaching, and leadership training to professionals from small businesses to C-Suite. Bob is also the President of Robert J. Claxton & Associates, helping passive teams become cohesive high-performing units. Bob is also a former pastor. We talk about Bob's long and distinguished leadership career, his work with grief counselling.
