Toward the end, the passion prevails and each of the elements represented throughout this years growth is expressed. This sums up my personal journey with gear and why it really isn’t important to go and focus on what camera you’re going to purchase.

Burnout is a concept many are familiar with, but I don’t believe it is truly understood what it is, the impacts it has and how to effectively manage stress prior to getting to this point. Especially within the creative field, many are too afraid to delegate due to high competition, undervaluing personal work, low margins and a high level of pride within the output of ones work although it is essentially the most vital step toward successfully scaling a business and elevating stress in such a roll. So how do we work on this, develop ourselves and continue to live at our optimal quality of life while building a business/brand?
Key elements within the journey, how to stay optimistic and motivated, why continue to chase and the importance of an ever evolving process
A biased opinion with a tonne of objectivity presenting a bunch of opportunities that provide consistent chances to grow.
As ambition continues to blossom, the importance of recognising why is more valuable ever, to bottle it up within ourselves and utilise it for the futures sake
Beginning with storm chasing, the mind rambles through the motions of talking business, opportunities, current challenges and the incredible power of passion.
Discussing where the societal norm is heading and recognising how we are able to individually develop an alternate perspective to disrupt the negativity.
A concept often acknowledged on the surface without diving any deeper. A simple discussion on what this means to me and the objective element of progressing within
Expressing the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ of my upcoming book, noting the value I wish to present and what it will entail. A passionate discussion presenting my passion both for photographers, artists and those who simply love witnessing a gorgeous display.
Taking you on a journey through the rugged, fire ravished environment on the mid north coast of New South Wales with a sense of discovery and a spirit of adventure discussing the power of this personally and artistically
Discussing the importance of finding passion, capitalising on the drive and allowing this to propel business ventures. A chat regarding business development and how to get the most out of each in the current market
A completely random mixture of ideas during a recent trip based on a bloke I met recently and revising the process within that journey of beginning.
Reflecting on an interesting period of growth, I’ve been revising the behaviour and traits within to acknowledge how I can grow as much as possible from the recent experiences I have had while acknowledging the contrast of working for someone vs working with someone.
An old recount of reflection on creativity, what is means to be creative and how to get creative.
Success is not defined by how many pieces you sell
Migrating from photography to videography has its challenges! This is what I’ve learnt so far
