That’s the question of the episode. The answer for me is ‘yes it is!’ as we focus in on what it takes to get to the top of the mountain - or at least the starting line in U4 RC! Pablo and I FIRE UP the SYRUP n' SALSA machine once again and pop off about a TON of news from our respective benches and we dive FACE FIRST into the dirt that is the very foundation of U4. OR are you more of a CHUMP and looking for on-road parking lot action? If so The PTBO RC Chump Racing Series is coming as soon as the snow melts and we have Founder Jeremy Kelly on to talk about it!

If you want to be in RC you’ve got to think about budget. Yeah guys it’s time to grow up a little bit. How do we manage this hobby so that it doesn’t cause us stress? We are in this hobby for fun and I get into my take on what it means to have an RC budget and a lot of you might shake your heads and go “You’re crazy man - budget no thank!” We also get into lessons from a really tough hockey tournament and things I think parents can do to look at difficult situations and turn them into silver linings for your kids in sports. We also chat a little bit on the Marvel Universe. Is there a marvel hush in the works? Has Marvel lost its lustre? All this and more on this weeks episode of POP JAW.

My stats team kills me off the top of this one - but I listen to the experts! This episode has us switch the order up a bit leading off with a very special guest in Pablo Guerrero from @rc_amigos talking 1/10 scale RC BUGGY RACING and a very special journey he is on with someone close to him. After we tear up the airways with his turf testimony, I launch (like a ballooning SCT) into short course truck chatter - what's out there, what's new and why RC PUNDITS have said there is a drop off in popularity of the short course truck - we respectfully disagree. We then hit the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) for a little look a the full draft that took place and notable signings and then end 'quickly' with a chat on SPRINTS - how they are supposed to be good for you and what I really think about them in Dad Bod!
