If you all follow me on socials, then you will know that I have just returned from a month long vacation, and then decided it was smart to adopt a puppy whilst I was still a little jet lagged. So apologies for the late upload! So, kids right? Not fur babies but actual kids. Do we actually want them or is this a concept that we are told to subscribe to? In today's episode, we will talk to my good friends Leann and Thomas about their desire to not subscribe to the need to populate the earth! If you're on the fence about having kids (because look at the state of the world these days, I don't blame you), maybe this episode will solidify or sway you from that decision - who knows! Let us know your thoughts! FYI: This was recorded in June so we can do another follow up since there's been so much opinion (from men ugh) on why women should be having more kids in an era where there is a decline in the birth rate across the world. So let me know, would you be interested in hearing what we think about that? My socials: Instagram: @30whatnow @mel_wytan TikTok: @melwytan
I don't know about you but I miss travelling in my 20s - all the bad decisions didn't seem like risks but more like adventures. Now? I sometimes feel like I'm travelling too similar to my parents and I'm not even half their age yet! I also know this topic is an overdone topic so if you're keen on hearing my ramblings - listen away!My socials: Instagram: @30whatnow @mel_wytan TikTok: @melwytan
In this episode, we talk to Joey and Hayden, both very bright and have studied at NYU Abu Dhabi and Harvard! In this very very long episode, I apologise in advance to my guests and my listeners cause I got very carried away, we talked about our goals and aspirations (Joey is also a published writer), our experience in Harvard and how are we to take care of our family when we are millions of miles away from them. Just a yap but fun yap indeed so welcome to the start of Melosophy! My socials: Instagram: @30whatnow @mel_wytan TikTok: @melwytan
If you haven't listened to our last episode - TLDR, this is now MY podcast. So if you're wondering how I am feeling (i.e. am I feeling scared/anxious/like a loser/should I continue on with this solo venture), feel free to check out this vulnerable episode. And let me know what you think - I know I speak a lot slower when I am on my own so I am working on it! My socials:Instagram: @30whatnow @mel_wytan
