Teachers: Kerry & Karen BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyLeviticus 17 establishes one of the most foundational principles in the Torah.Life belongs to Yahuah.Blood represents life.Because life belongs to Yahuah, it cannot be treated casually. This chapter governs how sacrifice must be brought, how blood must be handled, and how the people of Israel must acknowledge the life of every creature. What appears to be slaughter regulations reveals a much deeper covenant reality: worship must remain under the authority of Yahuah and life must always be treated as sacred.Leviticus 17 stands between the purification laws of chapters 11–16 and the moral commands beginning in chapter 18. It establishes the governing principle that explains why the coming commands carry life-and-death weight. This is not ritual instruction alone. This is covenant government for a people living near the presence of Yahuah.────────────────────WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGECentralized Sacrifice Protects the CampLeviticus 17:1–7Animals sacrificed for food or offering must be brought to the entrance of the tent of meeting. Private slaughter that ignores the altar is treated as bloodguilt because life was taken without honoring the One who gave it.Precepts:Deuteronomy 12:5Deuteronomy 12:13–14Joshua 22:16–29Unauthorized Sacrifice Brings Covenant JudgmentLeviticus 17:8–9Sacrifice offered outside the place Yahuah appointed becomes rebellion, even if it appears sincere. Worship cannot be separated from obedience.Precepts:Numbers 15:30–311 Samuel 13:8–142 Chronicles 26:16–21The Life Is in the BloodLeviticus 17:10–12The Torah explains why blood cannot be consumed. The life of the flesh is in the blood, and Yahuah assigned blood to the altar. Life belongs to Him and must be returned to Him.Precepts:Genesis 9:4Deuteronomy 12:23Deuteronomy 12:24Hunting Must Acknowledge the Life TakenLeviticus 17:13–14Even outside the sanctuary system, the taking of life must be treated with reverence. The blood must be poured out and covered with dust.Precepts:Genesis 3:19Ecclesiastes 3:20Contact with Death Requires CleansingLeviticus 17:15–16Contact with death brings contamination. The Torah provides a cleansing process so the people may remain within covenant order.Precepts:Leviticus 11:39–40Numbers 19:11────────────────────WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERSLife belongs to Yahuah.Blood represents life.Worship must remain under divine authority. When life is treated casually, worship becomes corrupted. When worship becomes corrupted, a nation drifts into idolatry.Leviticus 17 protects Israel from returning to the spiritual systems of the nations. This chapter teaches the people of Yahuah to treat life with reverence and to keep worship governed by His command.────────────────────SCRIPTURE REFERENCES FOR STUDYGenesis 9Deuteronomy 12Leviticus 11Numbers 19Joshua 221 Samuel 132 Chronicles 26Precept upon precept.Law interpreting law.Scripture reinforcing Scripture.────────────────────ABOUT AHAVA ~ LOVE ASSEMBLYWe teach the Pure Word of Yahuah. No religion. No denominational systems. No theological overlays. Our teaching follows the Sovereign Blueprint:Law | Precept | Example | Wisdom | Understanding | Prudence | Conviction | Fruit of the Ruach | Final Heart Check────────────────────SUPPORT THE WORK — GIVE VIA ZELLEZelle QR at: ahavaloveministry.comZelle only.No CashApp.No PayPal.────────────────────FINAL WORDLife belongs to Yahuah.Blood represents life.Worship belongs under His authority.Leviticus 17 reminds Israel that life must never be treated casually.Final Heart Check:Do you treat life as something you control,or do you recognize that life belongs to Yahuah?
Teachers: Kerry & Karen BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyLeviticus 16 does not end with the cleansing of the sanctuary. The chapter continues by addressing the removal of iniquity from the people and the command that governs the nation every year.In Part 2, we move from the cleansing of the holy place to the removal of sin from the camp, the resetting of the priest after contact with the offering, and the permanent command for Israel to humble themselves before Yahuah. This is not ceremonial language. This is covenant preservation. The dwelling of Yahuah remains among a people who honor the structure He established.────────────────────WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGERemoval of Iniquity from the CampLeviticus 16:20–22After the sanctuary is cleansed, the High Priest lays both hands on the live goat and confesses the iniquities, transgressions, and sins of Israel. The goat carries the burden away into the wilderness.Precepts:Micah 7:19Psalm 103:12Isaiah 1:18Reset After ContactLeviticus 16:23–28After the offerings are completed, garments are changed, bodies are washed, and the remains of the sin offering are burned outside the camp.Even lawful service requires cleansing afterward.Precepts:Numbers 19:7Leviticus 6:11Ezekiel 44:19The Command to Afflict the SoulLeviticus 16:29–31Yahuah establishes the command for the tenth day of the seventh month. The people are required to afflict their souls and cease from labor.Precepts:Leviticus 23:27Numbers 29:7Isaiah 58:3–5The Statute for GenerationsLeviticus 16:32–34This covering is made once every year. The command is declared a statute forever for Israel.Precepts:Exodus 30:10Leviticus 23:28────────────────────WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERSCleansing is structured.Confession is required.Sin must be removed.Humility must accompany covering.Leviticus 16 teaches that the presence of Yahuah remains among a people who respect the boundaries He established.────────────────────SCRIPTURE REFERENCES FOR STUDYLeviticus 10Leviticus 11–16Leviticus 23Numbers 29Micah 7Psalm 103Isaiah 1Precept upon precept.Law interpreting law.Scripture reinforcing Scripture.────────────────────ABOUT AHAVA ~ LOVE ASSEMBLYWe teach the Pure Word of Yahuah. No religion. No denominational systems. No theological overlays. Our teaching follows the Sovereign Blueprint:Law | Precept | Example | Wisdom | Understanding | Prudence | Conviction | Fruit of the Ruach | Final Heart Check────────────────────SUPPORT THE WORK — GIVE VIA ZELLEZelle QR at:ahavaloveministry.comZelle only.No CashApp.No PayPal.────────────────────FINAL WORDThe sanctuary is cleansed. The iniquity is removed. The priest resets. The people humble themselves. The dwelling remains where order is honored.Final Heart Check:If cleansing is made for sin once a year, will the people humble themselves before Yahuah, or assume His presence without affliction?

Chapters 11–15 defined impurity. Leviticus 16 answers the question: How does a nation remain alive near the Presence? This chapter legislates restricted access, priestly responsibility, blood application, removal of iniquity, commanded affliction, and a statute declared olam, without expiration clause. This is covenant government.WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGERestricted Access and SurvivalLeviticus 16:1–2Access to the Most Set-Apart Place is not casual. Even the High Priest is governed. Proximity without order results in death.Preparation and DesignationLeviticus 16:3–10Washing, linen garments, bull for the priest, two goats, lots cast before Yahuah. Authority operates under command, not preference.Blood Within the VeilLeviticus 16:11–19Cleansing of the sanctuary because of the uncleanness and transgressions of Israel. Teacher: Kerry BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyPsalm 117 commands the nations.Psalm 118 governs the redeemed. These Psalms establish that Yahuah’s rule is universal, His truth endures, trust reveals allegiance, and access to His gates is not assumed. This is not emotional worship. This is covenant declaration.WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGE1. The Nations Are Commanded to PraisePsalm 117:1–2Praise is not invitation, it is command.Refusal to acknowledge Yahuah is not neutrality, it is insubordination. His mercy toward Israel is public witness to the world, and His truth does not expire.2. Covenant Categories and Fear of YahuahPsalm 118:1–4Israel.House of Aaron. Those who fear Yahuah.Covenant identity is defined, not assumed.Fear distinguishes the loyal from the indifferent.3. Trust in Yahuah or Functional IdolatryPsalm 118:5–9“It is better to trust in Yahuah than to put confidence in man.”Trust reveals allegiance.Persistent confidence in man over Yahuah becomes functional idolatry.Deliverance confirms ownership.4. Correction, Not AbandonmentPsalm 118:15–18Yahuah chastens but does not immediately give over to destruction.Correction is mercy. But correction despised invites removal.5. The Gate of Righteousness and Restricted AccessPsalm 118:19–21Entrance is not automatic.“The righteous shall enter.”Access belongs to the aligned, not the self-justified.6. The Rejected Stone and Divine VerdictPsalm 118:22–23The stone rejected by builders becomes the cornerstone.Rejection by men does not cancel Yahuah’s decree. Those who reject what He establishes remove themselves from the structure.7. Deliverance Demands VowPsalm 118:24–29Public rescue requires public loyalty.Vows are not sentimental.Ingratitude erodes covenant faithfulness.WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERSThe nations are accountable.Fear defines covenant identity.Trust exposes allegiance.Access is governed.Rejection does not overturn divine appointment.Deliverance demands obedience.Psalm 117 establishes global authority.Psalm 118 enforces covenant loyalty.SCRIPTURE REFERENCES FOR STUDYGenesis 12Deuteronomy 7, 10Psalm 24Psalm 115Isaiah 28, 45Jeremiah 17Daniel 2Malachi 3Matthew 21Every section is taught precept upon precept.ABOUT AHAVA ~ LOVE ASSEMBLYWe teach the Pure Word of Yahuah. No religion. No tradition. No compromise. Our teaching follows the Sovereign Blueprint:Law | Precept | Example | Wisdom | Understanding | Prudence | Conviction | Fruit of the Ruach | Final Heart CheckSUPPORT THE WORK — GIVE VIA ZELLEZelle QR at: ahavaloveministry.comZelle only.FINAL WORDYou are either trusting Yahuah or replacing Him.You are either entering through the gate of righteousness or assuming access. You are either aligning with the cornerstone or standing outside the structure. There is no third category.Final Heart Check:When pressure comes, where does your trust run? When correction comes, do you submit or resist? When Yahuah establishes what others reject, where do you stand?
Teachers: Kerry & Karen BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyLeviticus 14 does not soften judgment. It governs restoration. This chapter establishes the lawful path for return after uncleanness has been declared.Restoration is not emotional. It is procedural, witnessed, sacrificial, and covenant-bound.Hope is written into the structure, but the door opens through blood, waiting, consecration, and submission.WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGE1. Blood at the BoundaryLeviticus 14:1–7Restoration begins outside the camp. The priest goes out.Blood is shed before release is declared. No return without covenant satisfaction.2. Washing, Shaving, and WaitingLeviticus 14:8–9Restoration is staged.Waiting confirms submission.Impatience exposes resistance to order.3. Blood First, Oil SecondLeviticus 14:10–20Blood is applied to the ear, hand, and foot.Hearing, action, and walk are restored.Oil follows blood.Empowerment does not precede consecration.4. Mercy Without Lowering StandardLeviticus 14:21–32Provision is made for the poor. The standard does not change.Mercy adjusts access, not structure.5. Contamination in HousesLeviticus 14:33–53Uncleanness can spread into environment.Inspection precedes demolition.Mercy is extended in stages. If spread continues, removal is lawful.6. The Purpose of the LawLeviticus 14:54–57The goal is discernment. To teach when it is clean and when it is unclean.Holiness requires categories.WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERSRestoration is not a right. It is a governed return.Blood precedes freedom.Waiting tests sincerity.Consecration restores function.Mercy does not eliminate structure.Contamination defended becomes removal invited.Hope exists, but hope lives inside covenant order.SCRIPTURE REFERENCES FOR STUDYLeviticus 13–14Leviticus 10Exodus 29Numbers 8Deuteronomy 72 Chronicles 7Haggai 2Malachi 4Matthew 8Luke 17Every section is taught precept upon precept.ABOUT AHAVA ~ LOVE ASSEMBLYWe teach the Pure Word of Yahuah. No religion. No tradition. No compromise. Our teaching follows the Sovereign Blueprint:Law | Precept | Example | Wisdom | Understanding | Prudence | Conviction | Fruit of the Ruach | Final Heart CheckSUPPORT THE WORK — GIVE VIA ZELLEZelle QR at: ahavaloveministry.comZelle only.FINAL WORDIf you are outside the camp, the path is written. If your house is spreading contamination, repair it while mercy stands. If blood is required, receive it before seeking oil.Restoration belongs to Yahuah.Access is granted, not assumed.Final Heart Check:Do you want restoration, or do you want bypass? Will you submit to the path of blood and order, or demand access without consecration?
LEVITICUS 13 — PRIESTLY INSPECTION, UNCLEANNESS, AND HOLINESS GOVERNANCETeachers: Kerry & Karen BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyThis Torah class covers Leviticus Chapter 13, one of the most misread and mishandled chapters in Scripture.Leviticus 13 is not medicine. It is not stigma. It is not guilt assignment. It is priestly inspection law governing status, restraint, and covenant order for a nation living near the Presence of Yahuah. This chapter establishes how uncleanness is identified, contained, and governed without accusation, without speculation, and without religious abuse.WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGE1. Inspection Without AssumptionLeviticus 13:1–3Affliction is brought under priestly authority, not privately interpreted. The priest inspects visible signs only and is forbidden to assign cause or guilt.2. Restraint, Waiting, and Lawful ProcessLeviticus 13:4–6Time is part of Torah judgment.Waiting is obedience.Immediate declaration is forbidden when evidence is incomplete.3. Spread Determines StatusLeviticus 13:7–8Uncleanness is determined by progression, not first appearance.Lawful declaration protects the camp.4. Accurate Judgment Protects the InnocentLeviticus 13:9–17Torah guards against false condemnation and false clearance.Calling clean unclean is oppression.Calling unclean clean is rebellion.5. Distinguishing Injury from CorruptionLeviticus 13:18–28Not every wound is plague. The priest discerns disturbance versus spread through evidence and time.6. Visible Conditions Still Require OrderLeviticus 13:29–37Visibility does not remove restraint.Inspection and reinspection preserve holiness.7. Torah Explicitly Protects the InnocentLeviticus 13:38–39Some bright spots are declared clean.Holiness is not paranoia.8. Natural Conditions Are Not CondemnedLeviticus 13:40–44Baldness itself is not uncleanness.Torah separates natural condition from corruption.9. Uncleanness Can Spread Beyond the BodyLeviticus 13:47–59Garments can carry contamination.Holiness is environmental.Containment protects the camp.10. Tsaraʿath as Judgment in ScriptureNumbers 12 | 2 Kings 5 | 2 Chronicles 26Scripture confirms Yahuah may strike as judgment in rebellion or presumption.Priests are never authorized to assign guilt.Inspection governs status. Judgment belongs to Yahuah.11. Messiah and the Restoration of Clean StatusMatthew 8:2–4 | Malachi 4:2Messiah cleanses the leper and restores lawful access.Torah authority remains intact.Healing is covenant mercy, not lawlessness.WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERS• Uncleanness is status, not automatic sin• Priests are forbidden to speculate or accuse• Restraint is obedience• Judgment belongs to Yahuah• Holiness requires order• Restoration remains possibleLeviticus 13 teaches how a holy nation survives without fear, shame, or disorder.SCRIPTURE REFERENCES FOR STUDYLeviticus 13Leviticus 10Numbers 5 • Numbers 12Deuteronomy 17 • Deuteronomy 282 Kings 52 Chronicles 26JobHabakkuk 2Haggai 2Matthew 8Malachi 4Every section is taught precept upon precept.ABOUT AHAVA ~ LOVE ASSEMBLYWe teach the Pure Word of Yahuah. No religion. No tradition. No compromise. Our teaching follows the Sovereign Blueprint:Law | Precept | Example | Wisdom | Understanding | Prudence | Conviction | Fruit of the Ruach | Final Heart CheckSUPPORT THE WORK — GIVE VIA ZELLEZelle QR at: ahavaloveministry.comZelle only.No CashApp.No PayPal.FINAL WORDLeviticus 13 is not about fear.It is about order. The priest inspects. The camp is protected.Judgment belongs to Yahuah.Restoration is made possible through Messiah.Final Heart Check:When uncleanness appears, will you submit to Torah order and restrain your mouth, or will you rush to assign guilt where Yahuah has not spoken?

LEVITICUS 12 — LAWFUL UNCLEANNESS, APPOINTED TIME, AND HOLINESS PROTOCOL AFTER BLESSINGPart 1: Uncleanness Without Guilt, Access Without ShameTeachers: Kerry & Karen BattleAhava ~ Love AssemblyThis Torah class covers Leviticus 12 in full, a short chapter with heavy covenant government. Leviticus 12 does not address transgression. It governs lawful uncleanness, appointed time, and holiness protocol after blessing. This chapter establishes a critical distinction Israel must understand: uncleanness is not always moral guilt, yet restriction still governs access near the Presence.Leviticus 12 trains the flock to submit without shame and obey without entitlement. It teaches order after life, boundaries after blessing, and restoration by Torah procedure rather than emotion.WHAT WE COVER IN THIS MESSAGEUncleanness as Status, Not Moral VerdictLeviticus 12:1–2Childbirth produces an unclean status for an appointed time. Torah establishes that blood governs access because life is in the blood. This restriction is protocol, not condemnation.Covenant Obligation Continues Under LimitationLeviticus 12:3Circumcision on the eighth day proves restriction does not cancel covenant identity. Torah obedience continues even when access is temporarily limited.Appointed Time is Legal BoundaryLeviticus 12:4–5Purification is governed by scheduled days, not feeling. Waiting here is legal holiness order, not mysticism. Restoration is never improvised.Distinction Without Ideology or CommentaryLeviticus 12:5Torah legislates distinctions without moral explanation. The command is obeyed as written, without importing speculation, politics, or tradition.Atonement as Purification of StatusLeviticus 12:6–7Atonement in this chapter restores access status. Torah uses cleansing language for holiness protocol, not only for transgression.Mercy Provides Access to ObedienceLeviticus 12:8Provision for the poor shows Yahuah does not cancel the law. He provides lawful means for all Israel to obey.WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERSUncleanness is not always sinRestriction is not rejectionBlood governs access because life is sacredWaiting is legal obedienceRestoration follows Torah orderPurification is not repentanceMercy supports obedience without lowering the standardLeviticus 12 teaches that holiness protocol applies even after blessing.
